This hotel is very new, hence everything looks very comfortable in terms of lighting, interior design, and furniture. Just a 6 minute walking distance from Santa Lucia Metro Station, 8 minute to Nepture Fountain, 10 minute to La Moneda, and 12-15 minute to Plaza de Armas, excellent location. Hotel staff was warm and lovely, the day we arrived there was pouring rain and we were soaking wet, she immediately did some arrange for us so that we could clean ourselves and freshen up. Nice breakfast, with descent options. Room itself was clean and tidy, not exactly spacious but good enough for two big suitcases, very ibis style. The only thing didn't work out during our stay was the Netflix on the TV didn't seem to function. But overall I'd say new hotels are always worth a try! You won't regret it!

Location is good. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is good. Heater didn’t work well and shower was not hot enough.

Facility was fine but the staff are untrained and super rude.

Buena ubicación

Très satisfait dans un hôtel très bien placé (10 minutes à pied du centre ville). Petit déjeuner varié et copieux, restauration très bonne qualité. Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Nous le recommandons vivement

Bom hotel, café da manhã ok, bem localizado. A Rua Paris onde se encontra o hotel, é famosa por ser icônica no cinema chileno. A área demanda atenção para caminhar, especialmente os celulares, à noite.

El hotel está en una locación excelente para moverse fácilmente en el centro de Santiago. Lo único lamentable es el notable descuido que hay en los alrededores al hotel, que si bien no son responsabilidad del inmueble quizas deberia hacer gestiones para que la autoridad limpie las calles de forma más constante

This is a very rough area particularly at night. The cover photo isn’t actually the hotel. It’s a political building 1/2 mile away. The rooms are college dorm style. Just the basics. Mostly students stay here. It would be wise to stay is a safer area in a nicer hotel.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Comfy bed and great shower. Breakfast could have had a few more healthy options but there was ample volume. Would highly recommend. Very good value for money
