This hotel is very new, hence everything looks very comfortable in terms of lighting, interior design, and furniture. Just a 6 minute walking distance from Santa Lucia Metro Station, 8 minute to Nepture Fountain, 10 minute to La Moneda, and 12-15 minute to Plaza de Armas, excellent location. Hotel staff was warm and lovely, the day we arrived there was pouring rain and we were soaking wet, she immediately did some arrange for us so that we could clean ourselves and freshen up. Nice breakfast, with descent options. Room itself was clean and tidy, not exactly spacious but good enough for two big suitcases, very ibis style. The only thing didn't work out during our stay was the Netflix on the TV didn't seem to function. But overall I'd say new hotels are always worth a try! You won't regret it!

Location is good. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is good. Heater didn’t work well and shower was not hot enough.

Facility was fine but the staff are untrained and super rude.

飯店距離主要景點主教座堂走路約10分鐘，沿途就是步行街非常熱鬧，飯店旁走路3分鐘有個大型超市可以購買生活用品帶去復活節島。

La habitación limpia y el personal excelente, sólo falta un tacho para la basura y un gancho para las toallas. El desayuno es muy bueno para dos o tres días. La ubicación muy buena para ir al metro y caminar al centro

o quarto não tem frigobar, não tinha reparado esse detalhe antes de chegar lá. A localização não é das melhores, local um pouco perigoso. o atendimento do pessoal é ótimo e tudo é bem organizado.

Good Breakfast. Real eggs with meat and also without meat. Comfortable beds and room. I was right above the lobby so it was a little noisy when trying to sleep in. The staff was very helpful to get me a different room for the 2nd night. Good central location and good value. I would stay here again.

Hotel muito bom, perto do metrô, do cerro santa lucia, cafe da manhã bom, cama ótima, quarto limpo todos os dias. Valeu a pena.

Hotel quite recently renovated (looks like). Clean and specious room. We liked our bed and pillows were fine. It was quiet at night. Breakfast was good enough to start our day. Fresh fruits big bonus, cheese, ham, scrambled eggs, yogurt etc. We would definitely recommend it. Very close to downtown, 8-10 minutes walk.
