Good things-good location near central station, cleaning is very nice, staff at breakfast room are friendly. However, room is quite old-hair dryer does'nt work. Also, water dispensers are out of service in every floor without water providing in a room.

Lokasi bagus untuk yang short stay di Milan. Dekat dengan Central Train Station Milan dan juga Shuttle Bus Stop Milan dari dan ke Airport Malpensa ataupun Linate. Dengan kata lain jalurbtransportasi jadi mudah. Dekat dengan makanan halal bagi Muslim yang bepergian. Kamar bersih, modern dan nyaman. Disediakan dispenser air panas di luar kamar. Sangat terkesan dengan staff yang sangat ramah semua dan membantu. Kami diberi early cek in tanpa penambahan bayar. Akan kembali menginap di sini jika ke Milan.

I check in at 11.30 and i go to my room is very hot and i go to reception tell them to fixed it. At night i come back at 22.10 and check the Room aircon is still not working, the reception is very rude and not responsible. just say all room is fully occupied and told to me just to open the window or contact booking site to relocate me to other hotel. How could i find a hotel in midnight? very not responsible with the guest. At 23.10 come another reception, he directly give me another room that they have with the aircon is working. Bad service, rude, and not responsible for the reception and lie to us that no more room available and making us waiting so long.
