The location is a win for this hotel, it is a 5 minutes walk from the main train and metro station. But the cleanliness was lacking, there were mould on the shower head and around the bath tub. Although the hotel says there is a drinking water machines on each floor, but the one on the floor we stayed never worked throughout the time we stayed.

或許我們入住到最糟的那間房。
2人入住只給1張房卡，沐浴區浴缸阻塞落水緩慢，Wifi完全連不上，冰箱不冷，閱讀燈底座漏電。
入住後就按了請勿打擾燈示，隔天卻還是進房打掃。

The hotel location was good, but service really was a let down. Especially the breakfast, I know it was a small thing, but I asked for a fresh cafe latte, the waiter pointed at an automatic machine, but when the lady next to me asked for one a freshly make coffee was made for her. I don’t know why, but not happy Jane!

I understand I booked what i paid. The room was ok just the carpet dont know why was wet. So when I entered the room after check-in, stepped on it, my socks got wet errrrr. The staffs were friendly and helpful.

飯店當天爆滿，所以清潔來不及，客人需要等一段時間才能入住，雖然飯店櫃檯已經很努力的擠出一間房間先給我，但是進去地上都是棉絮，房間環境也需要裝修，住起來沒有很舒服，唯一的優點是離車站夠近，上樓還要走到二樓穿梭餐廳再換電梯到自己的樓層，如果只是想要住在車站附近有個地方睡覺，可以考慮，但如果要住得舒服，我會選擇車站其他相等價位的飯店

El hotel cuenta con una excelente ubicación, especialmente si planeas realizar viajes desde la estación de tren Milano Centrale. El personal es muy amable y atento en todo momento.
La habitación es adecuada y se encuentra limpia; sin embargo, presenta un olor bastante fuerte, similar al tabaco. No estoy seguro si proviene de productos de limpieza, pero resulta algo incómodo.
Por otro lado, los elevadores muestran cierto descuido y podrían beneficiarse de mantenimiento. El área de desayuno es agradable y bien presentada, aunque la oferta de alimentos es bastante básica.

Staff were great at front desk but hallways and rooms need updating. Stains in hallways carpets and broken bathroom hardware, missing lightbulbs don't help with the experience. Morning breakfast was great and the gentleman running it was fantastic. Hotel also right across street from Milan Central train station and Metro was convenient.
