Very nice hotel close to the central train station and central market. Staff was very friendly and fluent in English. Breakfast was solid. There is a very good neighborhood restaurant just a couple of doors down that is worth a hit.

Property as described. Check in was easy and efficient. Room was spotless. We didn't really have enough time to enjoy the full breakfast but lots of options. Perfect for an early morning train.

I had a mixed experience at Hotel 43 Station in Milan. Martina at the front desk was outstanding, very friendly, informative, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. The gentleman working the night shift was also kind and did his best to help resolve the air conditioning issue despite limited English, which I really appreciated. The breakfast offered a good variety of breads and pastries, although the eggs and sussafes were not very good. The reason I’m leaving 3 stars is because of the breakfast staff. One staff member was quite rude and unhelpful. I politely asked for a glass cup, as other guests were using them, but he reluctantly refused and insisted that only paper cups were available, even though the glass cups were clearly visible on a nearby tray. He seemed impatient, shook his head while serving guests, and gave the impression that he was unwilling to help.when I showed him that I can see the cup he rudely took one and put it on the counter without any word! His attitude felt more like someone policing guests than providing hospitality, which did not match the otherwise welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. The rooms are a bit dated, but they were comfortable and clean. Overall, the excellent service from Martina and the night staff made the stay enjoyable, but the poor attitude of the breakfast staff significantly affected the experience.

Close to the railroad station but needed to walk to another connecting building by elevator. In addition, WiFi wasn’t working properly except placing your phone in the bathroom sink or near the door entrance.

Great choice of hotel if you’re wanting somrwhere near to the station. Very friendly staff and a clean safe room. Only reason to mark it down was a little bit of maintenance care was needed in our room (broken toilet flush button and seat). I would stay again.
