Great location, easy in and out with parking close by. Driving in Europe on holiday is always challenging and available parking is a big plus. The place was as advertised and very clean comfortable and safe. Loved every minute of our stay. This was an older hotel. Affordable. We did not travel to the city center. Location is everything. Excursions from here would have been easy as public transportation is close by. AM breakfast was good. Quiet. We at dinner in a place close by served local foods and was very good.

Three different members of staff assured me that a company invoice can be issued only to send me to Expedia after my check out to change the name on the invoice This is disappointing and frustrating as it's very strict policy to get refunded for a business trip

Great hotel

It was a good one night stay at Residence Hotel. The man at the reception area was nice and helpful. It was pretty close to a nice restaurant, nothing much else in the area. Breakfast was pretty good especially the homemade pastries and we were also able to get made to order eggs. Unfortunately when we got to breakfast they weren't replenishing much of the other stuff so we just got the leftovers.

Best hotel that we have stayed at, staff were so friendly and helpfull. The room was absolutely perfect and the hot tub was brilliant. Lovely breakfast and plenty to choose from. Cant fault this hotel at all. If we are back in Zagreb again we will definatly be staying at this hotel. 5*

The overnight front desk man was super helpful. He arranged transport to the airport for a very early morning flight. He set multiple alarms to make sure I was awake and packed a little lunch for me to take to airport.

Night shift employee was very helpful. Gave me a lot of information.Thank you

The hotel was great value for the money. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast was also very good.

Room was clean, bed quality average, nice bathroom/shower, breakfast selection very average. Did not like room temperature control controlled at front desk, hard to reach comfortable setting. Front desk person (Mateo, sp?) super helpful, a delight.

Excellent place. Good location easy access to coty center via public transportation. The only concern was smoking smell in the room and the hallway

Room was clean but outside was noisy.

Spot lights didn’t work.WC Door was inflated due to water so it couldn’t be closed. Safe didn’t work as well. Phone in the room didn’t work. Room and hotel was clean. Tv was good. Bed was good. Breakfast was ok. Air conditioning works as a charm. Its ok for one or two nights. It seems that it was a beautiful hotel at the beginning but it is obviously not being maintained well.
