离市区直接电车半小时到达， 交通方便，就一晚住宿还是不错的。

The pictures shown on hotels.con are a bit deceptive. When I checked in, the hotel lobby and the rooms are a bit disappointing and run down. The staff speak good English and nice, but the condition of the room needs improvement. For example stinks on carpet bed sheet and around the bathtub. The bed was only average - needs improvement in terms of comfort in mattress and sheet etc. the room is big but does not look like what advertised on hotels.com pictures so I was a bit disappointed. The staff was able to book a private day tour with direct drop off and pick up at lakes plitvace at 5pm for next day 8:40am so I was impressed. The buffet breakfast was good and reasonable range of food for hotels in Europe so I think it is still reasonable good hotel with good price.

It is good to have free parking and breakfast, the room is big and clean. However, there is no kettle and our room only has bathtub but no stand to hold the shower head.

The hotel is clean and nice. Receptionist is very friendly and helpful. Regrettably that the hotel is a bit far away from city center where we took 20 minutes tram to go.

Breakfast was OK. Location was great. Easy acess to trams and buses. Good accommodation for the price.

Really small room. AC is centrally controlled and wasn't working at all, esp during the night when the room got too hot due to the bathroom heater. Front Desk said they will fix it but didn't even after multiple requests. No coffee maker in room or cups, we had to ask for them. This is a bad hotel, not worth it as there's other options in Zagreb, Overall Zagreb itself is not worth visiting - nothing to see or do. Best to skip it entirely, save money and time.

We had a great stay at Residence Hotel! The receptionist Allan was amazing. He was so friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. The rooms were very nice, spacious and clean. The hotel is 20 minutes outside of the central square of Zagreb by tram. It leaves right outside the hotel, so that isn't a problem at all. Close by the hotel there is also a Lidl and a good Italian restaurant.

The room is nice comfort and clean. Good breakfast.

Staff very professional, friendly and courteous. Breakfast options were very good. Property in a great location for easy access to the Old city via the tram system which is cheap and easy to use. If staying in a room at the front of the hotel (which we were) it is noisy on and during the night from all of the traffic on the busy road outside. Our room was clean and spacious. We did not use the spa facility.

Wir haben in dem Hotel auf dem Weg nach Deutschland übernachtet. Es war sehr sauber, das Zimmer war sehr groß. Allerdings die Matraze war in die Jahre gekommen und entsprechend nicht sehr bequem. Wir waren überrascht von dem hervorragenden Frühstück. Personalfreundlichkeit: mittelmäßig

Great place to stay , streetcar passes by and you can be st the main square in less than 20 min. Everything is right there , including Zoo and many other things.

Bellissimo soggiorno di due giorni a Zagabria. Camera junior suite favolosa con vasca idromassaggio. Colazione super ricca e ambiente rilassante. Posizione ottima. Fermata del tram a due passi che ti porta in un quarto d'ora in centro, senza doversi spostare in auto. Lo consiglio.

Very nice and convenient appartment, well equiped. Restaurants and shops at walking distance.

Very clean and in a great spot to take teams to and from sites in Zagreb

Die Schale auf der Fensterbank im Zimmer und im Bad war sehr schmutzig. Beim Öffnen des Fensters im Zimmer fiel sehr viel Staub von den Vorhängen auf mich. Es gab eine Minibar, aber die Preise waren sehr hoch. Es gab kein Wasser als Willkommensgetränk. Die Betten waren auch nicht bequem.
