The location is great and near to DT Vancouver. But only thing I don’t like is sound isolation.

It is a beautiful hotel and the staff is very friendly and attentive. We had an upgraded king room that overlooked the water feature. The Aesop bath products and robes elevate the stay. Unfortunately, on this visit, our particular room had a very noisy mechanical issue that disrupted our sleep but we would try this property again.

I mostly enjoyed my stay here. It was clean and comfortable, and in a very good location. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Some design elements were odd - why was there a window from the bedroom looking into the shower? I also hated the showerhead - it's a rainfall style head that makes it impossible to stand in the shower without getting your hair wet unless you contort your entire body. Plus, they didn't provide a shower cap, which makes it worse. The strangest thing, though, was the lack of a fridge. Instead, in what would be a perfect spot for a fridge, there was...a Yeti cooler. With instructions to add ice to it. Really strange and kind of ridiculous for a hotel of this calibre. I feel like a Yeti cooler costs roughly what a mini fridge does anyway....just get a fridge in the room!

Great staff, great room, victor is a great restaurant, although didnt receive any added benfits like a late checkout for being an expedia Gold member.

It was overall really good

What an absolutely beautiful property. The Douglas is located next to BC Place and about a 5-10 min walk to Roger’s Arena. There are many restaurants in the property and dozens within a 5 minute walk. The service was friendly and 5/5, the room was modern, quiet and very comfortable. We loved the Aesop products in the bathroom and the robes were so comfy. We will be back.

Stayed here for 2 night during our anniversary! The facilities itself is great. Connected to the JW Marriott. Check in process was a little slow but I think it was just that night. Underground parking is good but pricey at $50 a day. We booked the breakfast option with was room service. Although it was good breakfast I would skip it for the price. Small gym but was most of what you need and it is open 24/7. We walked over to the JW Marriott and realized our gym passes also worked at their gym which is much bigger with lots more equipment. Lots of restaurant options if you prefer to dine in the building. Casinos for those who partake. Short walk to lots of restaurants and coffee options! Staff was friendly. Would stay again!

Book rather JW Marriott next doors since Autograph fully relies on its services such as dining, gym, outdoor lounge

A beautiful, clean hotel with great staff. We did have an issue with our room, however. They gave us Room 754 next to the Fitness Centre on the 7th floor. In the early mornings we were awakened by the pounding sound of the treadmill. Also the loud, clunking sound of someone dropping their dumbells on the on the floor. I spoke to the people at the front desk and they said they were unable to give us any full or partial refund because we booked through Expedia. Instead, they signed us up for their Marriott rewards program and gave us 5000 bonus points. I was not happy with this response. It's a great hotel otherwise, just don't take Room 754.

Beautiful, modern aesthetic & thorough, sincere staff. Definitely recommend.
