The location is great and near to DT Vancouver. But only thing I don’t like is sound isolation.

Friendly and quick check in, loved the extra perks and made us feel very welcomed upon our stay.

The check in/out staff and valet services were superb. It was my first time staying at the Douglas. The room was nice and clean. Was terribly disappointed with the noise level from the lounge and lots of noise in the hallway at 3am, with people yelling and banging on other people’s doors.

We had a great staycation. Rooms are beautiful and it's a great location for a Yaletown stroll.

It’s the small touches that linger: the attention to detail, the kindness, the sense of ease throughout the stay. You don’t just feel like a guest here — you feel looked after. An outstanding property with an equally outstanding team. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and will absolutely be recommending The Douglas to friends and family visiting Vancouver.

From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. Would recommend The Douglas to all our friends.

The amenities were excellent, from the bed linen to the shower gel. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. The location is agreeable for walking to the mall, restaurants, and other city sites. I would vacation in Vancouver again, just to stay at this hotel.

There should be mini fridges in each room not a picnic cooler which you have to fill with ice…..
