The property location is great! Very convenient! The hotel itself is new, modern and staff is very friendly. The only two things to highlight that could be improved: gym is much better in the JW Marriott hotel which you can access as well with the room key, it just needs extra walk. Another challenge can be noise: depending on a room you get you might be facing inner garden with a bar where DJ with music is loud which is what we had to deal with. So check what side your room is on. Otherwise great hotel.

Horribly located Hotel, extremely loud lobby, impossible to have a phone call or meeting in.
The testaurant/bar is a third party lease so tjere is no pull getting a reservation at all, i would never rec this hotel or return

For the price, it was just ok.
The bad.
It felt a little run down for a suite. The curtains did not open and close easily, there were many stains on the carpet throughout and the fabric and cushions on the couch was worn. The bathroom was unusually small for such a large suite. The heater in the bathroom did not work and the shower head was leaking and spraying water from the connection point. There were very few lights in the bedroom making it dark at night. There was also a charge of $55 per night for parking and I had to valet because my truck did not fit in the garage.
The good.
Staff were great. From valets, bellman, room service and front desk, couldn’t ask for friendlier and attentive service. The room was very large and spacious with floor to ceiling windows and great natural light. The bed and bedding was clean and comfortable.
I would not stay here again due to the busyness of the attached casino, high price and difficulty getting in and out of the area the hotel is located.

DOUGLAS, Autograph Collection was clean, comfortable, and well-located with plenty of nearby dining options. The waterfall showerhead was cool but forced me into washing and styling my hair after each shower. Room service was a lifesaver when I got sick—delicious food in the comfort of my room made all the difference.
Parking was a bit confusing, and despite registering my vehicle, I received parking tickets after checking out. It was easy to resolve, just a little time-consuming.

Good location, staff, restaurants, lounges in the same building. Very clean well kept room.
Lovely decor and furnishings, comfortable. Plenty of seating areas. We did find the room quite dimly lit, although the bathroom was well lit.
