Lovely stay. The hotel is perfect, on the seaside, rooms were comfortable, the continental breakfast satisfying and the dinner restaurant excellent. The service was great too! The young ladies and gentlemen were very friendly and polite.

Lovely spacious room and complimentary gin and chocolates for my husband's birthday - thank you. Dinner at The Jetty was great! Disappointed hot breakfast was at a surcharge as previous times at other harbour hotels this wasn't the case. I ordered poached eggs and they were overdone.

At breakfast was only offerd the continental from one of the staff. The swimmingvpool was to cold for me and my daughter so we had to get out. But hotel room lovely grounds lovely. Definitely could do with a bigger car park. Great night sleep though and lovely dinner in the Jetty

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location. Have stayed here before but what made it really special this time was Bruno and the care he took with our room and my husband who was recovering from a knee operation

Room was clean. We had to open the window and leve it open all night as the room was hot, and we could not find how to turn down the heat. Food was excellent from our Dinner to the Breakfast the next morning.

Spa staff helpful. But the pool area is very poor and needs serios renovation. The steam room was badly regulated and there were missing tiles which could be harmful.

Hotel was lovely but toilet was not as clean as it could have been and bed wasn't particularly comfortable.

Perfect 2 night stay with my 88 year old mother! Room & bathroom was spotless, superb bed & bedding. Ate in restaurant first night. Restaurant staff very friendly & helpful. Continental breakfast extensive. Didn’t use the spa. Would definitely recommend

Very small car park and was a problem on arrival , no spaces . Is sorted by staff but does seem a constant problem. Will definitely go back , views amazing, spa lovely, come home feeling totally relaxed

We booked this for our wedding night. Upon arrival we got to our room and it was boiling. No temperature control options. We had to sleep with the balcony doors open with light pouring in and a loud mast wire banging in the wind. Due to the obscene heat we were both very unwell in the night. The next morning we discovered the heater was on full blast (in Summer)? Then once we got to breakfast we had to wait 30 minutes for our order to be taken and it almost took an hour from sitting to receive the food. I’ve stayed many times before and this was the worst experience I’ve had ever at a hotel. And it was our wedding night.

Hotel was amazing. We were a little disappointed with the original room with partial sea view as brick wall and tall tree prevented seeing the view. The reception staff were very helpful and were able to move us to a room with beautiful view over the bay which was stunning. . All the staff were friendly and helpful. Will definately be returning to the hotel in the future.

A large established hotel, some parts dated and could do with painting. The staff all very welcoming especially in the Jetty restaurant where we could not fault the staff and food, 5 star. The rooms were clean, however the room doors need to be soft closing as all we could hear was slamming of the doors as people entered and left their rooms.
