Check in: 4 reception counters. 1st counter had a sign for restaurant and spa. The other 3 were normal reception. One receptionist was occupied with a client the other 2 heads down into their screens and did not look up. The receptionist on spa, was looking over and trying to draw their attention that they had clients. Eventually the receptionist on the middle counter looked up and beckoned us over. She was not warm, matter of fact and started to walk away whilst telling us the end part of check in. I had to call her back over as I had a question. Never got information on the spa or any services. The other receptionist on the end did not look up, not even once. No smiles, just acted as if we were bothering them.
There was hair all over one of the cushions in the bedroom. Other wise the rooms were clean. No slippers in the room, and had to use our own phones to ring reception.
Room service breakfast: our order was wrong even though the order was written down. Food missing etc
