南安普敦海逸酒店

The location is not good, far away from the city center. The room is not very clean. The staff will not let you feel welcome. The car park is not on site the hotel, need to walk to the public car parking , walk 5-7 mins. I will not stay at this hotel again.

The staff was incredibly helpful from beginning to end. Forgot to bring my adapters for US to UK, they loaned me one to recharge my phone etc for my stay. We arrived a few hours prior to check in time and were allowed to rest in spa area. We were provided free shuttle to cruise terminal. Our accommodation was excellent. Would stay again.

Stayed here before embarking on a cruise. The bed was very comfortable, room was beautiful, they provided free water, cookies and gin. Ate in the rooftop restaurant for dinner and breakfast, then took the complimentary shuttle to the port.

Be sure you are getting a harbour view. Some rooms face the side of a building with no view at all.

Beautiful harbour-side hotel with lovely views. Excellent spa. My only niggle is that the architect over-complicated the lighting system. Our room had 9 light switches (excluding the one for the bathroom) and it was impossible for us to turn off the dimmed light in the entrance hall area - no matter what switch combo we tried. My son and his gf had the same issue in their room.

Excellent stay, only spoiled by the unhelpful and unfriendly lady on reception

Stylish and luxurious, a lovely place to stay. Excellent gym and spa. Super comfortable bed.

We spent one night, with a cruise sheduled for the next day. The room was comfortable with all the itens expected for a “machine for living” according the expression from Le Corbusier.

After a long flight our room was ready when we arrived a couple of hours early. Perfect. The location was convenient. The room was fine, we did not make use of the available gin.

Very nice hotel nd excellent food

The hotel location is great. Right on the water with breathtaking view. Hotel is in great condition. I was disappointed to find out that I wasn’t offered a shuttle to the cruise port, and had to pay 15 pounds for a taxi (after I was told it would be no more than 10 pounds). They forgot to mention it when I checked in, and didn’t take responsibility for that. That left a bitter taste in my stomach and that’s why I rated it 4 stars.

The walkable nature of the property was very appealing. The loud noise level at night from the bar/restaurant on the 6th floor was annoying.

Excellent stay

Very impressed with the hotel and staff. Spa and gym was very welcoming and friendly. Room was excellent with the complimentary gin and binoculars was a lovely touch!! Wil definitely recommend to others and would stay again!!

Great staff and rooms

The stay was very relaxing. Great food & service, lovely spa. The only issue was other ignorant people staying at the hotel, but that cant be helped by the hotel.
