I was very satisfied with the hotel's service and quality; it made me feel at home. The room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was also exceptionally plentiful and delicious.

It was a great experience and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good, but dinner not so much . Also, there were some downsides: the wall had a red stain on it and the toilet handle was very hard to flush. It felt like I was WWE wrestling the toilet handle. Also the TV stations were limited and I couldn’t find a movie channel. The beds were comfortable and the view from the window was amazing. The welcome cookies were very nice and the room even had a Nespresso coffee machine. The Hilton double tree hotel was great! H.K-Age 9

We had to change rooms cause the first one was not that clean, found clothing tag on the floor,even in the bedroom there was a bottle cap on the floor. The worst is that the door did not lock.

I stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Quebec Resort for six nights and had an excellent experience. It’s a great, modern hotel, clean, comfortable, and nicely designed. I had the king suite, which was spacious and very comfortable, with a huge bathroom and excellent water pressure (always a bonus!). The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and I made good use of the sauna and hot tub/spa area. It was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. The location worked perfectly for me since I had a car. It’s not really within walking distance of Old Quebec, but with a short drive or an Uber, you can easily get to all the main attractions. During my visit, I had a wonderful time exploring Quebec City, walking through Old Quebec, visiting the Aquarium, and taking in the views at Montmorency Falls, among other highlights. All in all, I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a comfortable and relaxing base while enjoying everything Quebec City has to offer.

Clean & tidy room. The room was big with good facilities. Free parking.
