We stayed at the Doubletree Hilton for 3 nights with our kids. Our room was on the main floor, it was cleaned, spacious and nice decor. The room did not a microwave in the room, but available on the main floor. The staff was friendly, professional and provided good customer service. The restaurant food was delicious, we love their loster rolls and homemade bread! It is only 20 min drive from Fairmount Le Chateau Frontenac, Montmorency Falls, IIe D'Orlean, near shopping centre, and restaurants.
Overall our stay here was great, we would definitely come back here.

Wonderful stay. The room was cozy and comfortable, spacious enough to be with our 8 year old son. Nice view of the golf.
The pool/spa & sauna was well maintained except for the cold water bassin that wasn’t in working condition. But still nice and relaxing.
The gym was well equipped and cleaned.
The beds are comfortable and the hotel was quiet at night.
I will come back.

The coffee maker in the room was broken the man at the front desk refused to believe me and kept telling me I don’t know how to use it he really made me feel stupid and when I was checking out I told the manager that I needed coffee he also tried to tell me that he gets many complaints about the coffee maker but usually the customer doesn’t know how to use it
I left the place feeling very disrespected and not heard

Inadvertently left my jacket in the room and it has yet to be turned in by housekeeping atleast that’s what the front desk has told me on two separate occasions when I called.

Peut-etre ajouter des bornes de recharges pour les véhicules électriques même si elles sont payantes c'est pratique.

We stayed at the Doubletree Hilton for 3 nights with our kids. Our room was on the main floor, it was cleaned, spacious and nice decor. The room did not a microwave in the room, but available on the main floor. The staff was friendly, professional and provided good customer service. The restaurant food was delicious, we love their loster rolls and homemade bread! It is only 20 min drive from Fairmount Le Chateau Frontenac, Montmorency Falls, IIe D'Orlean, near shopping centre, and restaurants.
Overall our stay here was great, we would definitely come back here.

Friendly staff, beautiful property but a bit dated. The spa area could be better maintained and decorated with flowers, etc. same for the varanda upstairs

Wonderful stay. The room was cozy and comfortable, spacious enough to be with our 8 year old son. Nice view of the golf.

Bel hôtel, chambres propres et confortables.
Le spa et le saune sont admissibles aux enfants si accompagnés.
Il y avait un bal des finissants lors de notre séjour, mais l'hôtel a bien géré l'événement de sorte que les clients ne soient pas affectés. Le seul hic est que l'accès à la piscine n'était plus disponible.
Je recommande et le service aux chambres est super ! Nous avons eu un très bon service d'une femme de chambre qui nous a aidé avec la cafétière.
