The hotel itself is in great shape and very inviting. Very clean. The food was really good. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It was hot food with a good variety. The service was top-notch the staff were really friendly and we were able to answer any questions that I had they never made me feel like a bother. Despite there being a conference or show going on at the hotel, it didn’t feel overcrowded or overwhelming. I ended up having two rooms at this hotel because the hotel was booked up. I had a room on the first floor the first night and then I switched to a room on a different floor for the rest of my stay. The room on the first floor was one of their exercise type rooms and it was really nice. I really enjoyed the bedroom set up as well as the bathroom. The second room I had was your standard double queen beds. The room did have a little bit of a stale smell, but that smell wore off after one night. It might’ve been that the room hadn’t been used in a while. Things that could’ve been improved include offering housekeeping every day it’s not so much about the towels or bed but more so about just needing the trash taken out in the room. My bathroom also didn’t have a working magnifying mirror which is a small detail, but still worth noting. I didn’t get to use the amenities, but they looked clean and inviting. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and I will definitely be back.

The suite was 24 degrees Celsius on arrival. It took a full 24 hours with windows open at night to cool the room as the ac did not reach the bedroom. Rooms with odd numbers overlook the golf course, a lovely view. However, the evening noise is substantial from the wedding reception area/patio on this side of the hotel as well as smoke from the fire pit. Close the window and roast, though. Room was clean, staff friendly. Note, rooms of guests staying more than one night are cleaned late afternoon. We had this confirmed by the front desk staff after being away from our room from 830 to 4 pm only to return to find it unserviced. We enjoyed breakfast on site, but felt dinner was overpriced for quality and quantity of food served. Limited menu, as well. We ate elsewhere on our second and third nights. Parking was ample. Cookies on check in, a nice touch. Would probably stay elsewhere on our next visit to the area.

Room was clean. Staff was very helpful with check in and even came up to check the doors when keys were demagnetized. Warm cookies on arrival. Grounds were beautiful. Nice walking trail behind the hotel.

Loved the hotel and the outdoors, restaurant is great too. Only complaint was not having a cozy couch in the living area and hard to find nearby restaurants

Excellent hotel and very good breakfast options, compared to the other similar hotel chains. Very quiet and beautiful view of golf course. Also, I would really like to mention that the bathroom was the top with good water pressure and spaciousness. Finally we enjoyed so much of sauna and hot tub. It was one of the best stays for us We will definitely go back to the hotel for family reunion soon. Thank you so much.

Everything was perfect for vacation. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed Jacuzzi outside twice. I loved Gym, also. If I knew there is a field of golf, I would bring golf stuff. Bedding was good condition and clean. Breakfast time was long enough to eat. All staff are very kind and professional.
