DoubleTree by Hilton Quebec Resort

All the check in and room were amazing. But the noise in the room from the elevator was terrible. We had a hard time to sleep. Also had noises from above. Should have got a different room. Love having the EV chargers on site.

When we booked there was hairs in the sink, and even a white hair on my fork that I didn’t even notice until I bit into some food. The restaurant had the best grilled the food is somewhat greasy and it mainly doesn’t really meet the standards of what you pay, and don’t even get me started on the supposed “spa” the hot tub water was lukewarm like it’s actually very cold barely warm and the sauna was very cramped it could barely hold 4 people, oh and the gym was the bare minimum.Overall the beds where the best part of the hotel, which sounds insane because you’d expect more from a hotel owned by Hilton. Overall I don’t recommend it and you also have to pay an additional fee so avoid this place if you come to Quebec City.

We recently stayed at the DoubleTree hotel and, as loyal guests, were disappointed with how part of our stay was handled. We originally booked 7 nights and later added 1 extra night at the beginning. The rooms were exactly the same, with the 7-night stay supposed to have a better view. When we arrived, the gentleman who handled our check-in was professional and reassuring. He also explained that, in the system, our two bookings were considered different room types but that the hotel would try to make the transition as smooth as possible. We completely understood that the better-view room wasn’t available at the start, and that was totally acceptable to us. We even handed our keys back at 9:00 am when we went out for breakfast, specifically so we wouldn’t delay housekeeping or their work. What wasn’t okay was being required to fully check out, put our luggage in storage, and then check back in later instead of the hotel helping with the transition. We didn’t receive the new room until 4 pm, so we waited in the lobby for hours. The receptionist around 1–3 pm was quite rude, although the lady on duty after 4 pm was kind and professional. We’ve stayed at DoubleTree many times and usually enjoy our experiences. This time just wasn’t at the level we expect from a 4-star hotel.

Rooms were clean and had a unit to control temperature luckily as it was too hot on arrival. We loved the outdoor pool!

Amazing service and value for this property. Front desk staff was awesome. The breakfast buffet had lots of options and was cheap, but with quality food items.

Everything was Perfect!

The whole stay was excellent, staff were very accommodating even though it was during Christmas time and short staffed, the amenities were excellent, the breakfast was delicious. We will be back in the summer!

Great room. Good cookies. Easy to park. Friendly staff. Excellent thermal pool and sauna. Great view. Quiet location. Clean room. Decent breakfast buffet, very good dinner menu items. Suggestions: The air conditioner/heater went on automatically, blowing cool air into the room. We couldnt turn it off and the air was too cool. Even a small changing area for the thermal pool would be nice, instead of just using the washrooms. Overall, thoroughly enjoyable stay and would visit again.

Love the hotel! The amenities were so nice, with the hot tub and sauna. The staff were super friendly and the. Restaurant onsite has amazing food! I’m planning on coming back in the summer to enjoy a round of golf!
