Not the most convenient location if you don't really know the way and followed Google Map's instruction after dark. It's actually so close to the river bank! Also close Modern Tate and Shakespeare's Globe. No cleaning / towel change service throughout our 4 days stay. Chic ambience and huge fridge was a plus though.

Brilliant room, but the space is not big enough. Good service and food buffet. Only one the hing needs to concern that the location is not easy to take public transportation such as bus or underground. The nearest one station is London Bridge, or you need to cross the Thames to St Pual’s would-be convent.

Clean hotel. Nice design. Very modern. Close to London Bridge. 20mins walk. But a bit difficult to locate its location.

Extremely poor front desk service. No amenities refills n we were rudely informed that we should get our own.

Pænt, moderne hotel med gode faciliteter på værelset. Minus: Der var en brummelyd fra noget elektronik på værelset, der ikke kunne fjernes. Nogle havde prøvet at slukke routeren i skabet, men det var ikke den, der var problemet.

Rent och fräscht genomgående - både rum och allmänna ytor. Välutrustad lägenhet trots sin storlek (vi hade en minimal studio) Läge perfekt för oss - mittemellan flera tunnelbanestationen med ca 10 min promenad till vilken som. Och lätt att ta sig hit från flyget

Det så pænere ud på billederne. Faciliteterne var fine men mere brugte end forventede. Det så pænere ud på billedet. Værelserne er til den køligere side og selv med laveste indstilling, føler man, at det blæser på en. Vågnede hver nat for at slukke, og en gang til for at tænde igen, fordi luften blev for tør. Men lokationen er perfekt hvis man vil være tæt på Borough market og gode spisesteder. Personalet er hjælpsomt.

Tout était parfait

Staff was great and accommodating. Location was reasonable. Room was clean and spacious.

Pros: Great location, convenient rooms, nice shower, cool lighting, laundry included. Cons: Beds were stiff and pillows were thin. Our toilet had a minor leak, and we alerted staff on the first day but it was never fixed. Room had no natural light. No outlets near mirrors, so styling hair was difficult. I give this stay 4 stars because the location was perfect for a long weekend in the city, but if we had wanted to spend more time in our room, we would have been disappointed.

everything was amazing

Great location as a base to explore. Walking distance to Borough market and London Bridge station. Countless food options within walking distance. Friendly and helpful front desk staff (particularly Izzy) guided us in the right direction and suggested food spots. Our room could use a touch up (various scuffs and flaked paint on walls, air vent cover was missing, etc.). The hotel could also have vending options for water, drinks, snacks, etc. You have to leave the property to pick up a drink which sucks when it’s pouring rain. All-in-all I would suggest a stay.

Vi fik et fint stort værelse, men det var indrettet til handicappede. Det betød at der ikke var afsætningsplads til ens ting, især på badeværelset. Toilettet var uden toiletbræt og håndvasken meget lille og lav, som i en campingvogn. Der var ikke en rainshower, men en meget lille håndbremser, med lavt vandtryk.

Great location, easy check in and modern clean space.

Native Bankside har superbra läge. Rummet hade allt man behövde. Personalen var jättetrevliga och tillmötesgående.
