Not the most convenient location if you don't really know the way and followed Google Map's instruction after dark. It's actually so close to the river bank! Also close Modern Tate and Shakespeare's Globe. No cleaning / towel change service throughout our 4 days stay. Chic ambience and huge fridge was a plus though.

Brilliant room, but the space is not big enough. Good service and food buffet. Only one the hing needs to concern that the location is not easy to take public transportation such as bus or underground. The nearest one station is London Bridge, or you need to cross the Thames to St Pual’s would-be convent.

Clean hotel. Nice design. Very modern. Close to London Bridge. 20mins walk. But a bit difficult to locate its location.

Extremely poor front desk service. No amenities refills n we were rudely informed that we should get our own.

Så fina rum och väldigt bra läge. Jättetrevlig personal som var tillmötesgående och kunde hjälpa till med alla frågor. Incheckning och utcheckning var smidig och kan inte rekommendera detta ställer nog!

We returned to Native Bankside in January 2026 for 1 night only (previous stay was in 2019). Sadly this accommodation is not what it once was. We stayed in a One-bedroom "Premium" Apartment but it was anything but. The primary problems were with the condition and cleanliness of the apartment, some examples were - stained and filthy dining chairs, balls of hair on the floor, a blocked dishwasher which was smelly, a cracked cooking hob, threadbare/tatty carpets and skylight blinds (providing the only natural light in the living area) which didn't function. We were also disappointed to find that the communal pantry that was previously offered is now an empty "lounge". Unfortunately either time or the ownership change has not been kind to this property and we would not recommend or return.

Great space and comfort - ideal for a few days of stay. The heating/air con in the room was quite hard to control or get just right, but overall our stay was very comfortable and easy, and we were near lots of restaurants/pubs and easy onward travel around the city.

Room was modern and finished to a very high standard compared to most hotels around the London Bridge / Park Street area. The addition of a little kitchenette was useful. It’s a great location for both business or as a tourist. Staff very helpful too. There is no food or drink options on site so you do need to venture towards Borough Market if you want breakfast / food options.
