Native Bankside

Lovely apartment. Spacious and comfortable. Kind front desk staff. In a lovely quiet area that is still convenient to shops, transportation, etc. We were very pleased with our stay and wish it had been longer!

The only good about this hotel is the staff/service and the location. Terrible pillows, gym is so small and basically unusable, cold room with noicy air con, and no cutlery in the kitchen. Also, the fridge was warm…

Amazing hotel!

キングベッド1台のプレミアムスタジオに宿泊。とても広く、綺麗でした。シャワーの水圧も強く、大きな冷蔵庫も。今回のステイでは使いませんでしたが、キッチン、食洗機、洗濯機が完備されています。ロンドン滞在の際はまた泊まると思います。

Although this hotel is really near Borough Market, it is situated on a quiet side street. The room met all expectations. It was not overly large, but it was fully equiped and had modern, superior grade fittings. We used the kitchen daily and could not find any deficits. We have already booked our next stay.

Room was great, quiet, with enough space to not feel cramped for a five day stay. Enjoy it!

Clean and great location

Easy walk to Borough Market. Right next to Tate Modern and Old Globe Theater. Quick to walk or catch a train to other parts of London. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here.

This is a clean, beautiful, spacious oasis is the midst of an otherwise teeming, bustling part of London. The quiet and out of the way street it's on is a sanctuary and a welcome getaway between the excitement of Borough Market and the Thames waterfront atrractions like Tate Modern. Would definitely stay again.

I selected this hotel based on the Gym facility advertised. It is a total lie. The hotel is a new modern, industrial type hotel that gives you great sized rooms, however, for them to advertise a gym, is a lie. They have a tiny room in the corner of the third floor that has only 1 rower, 1 multi workout type pulling machine and a 1 Peloton bike, that doesn’t even have a property account on it. You are expected to use your own Peloton account. Honestly, for a gym goer looking to stay here based on seeing it show up as a hotel with a gym, avoid it! If you are looking for simple accommodations with a large room, then you will be fine. Most of the staff are friendly, minus this one Asian guy that walks around with a nasty look on his face when he see’s hotel people. I am not sure why he works at an hotel if he is going to be rude. You don’t have to smile at everyone but don’t roll your eyes and act like you are better than the guests. You are there to do a job, not to be rude. He probably should be let go. Even this one older lady that was distracted on her phone when I first checked in was super sweet. However, please tell whomever you are on the phone with you will call them back if you see people coming in to check in. Haha, it is ok to fill in your time with personal calls/texts when you have down time but at check in time, please help us right away.

Absolutely wonderful service. Front of house was fantastic. I arrived incredibly early and thought I'd ask if I could store my case, my room was ready and I was able to check In before 11am, allowing me time to shower and freshen up before heading out to meetings. I would wholeheartedly stay here again. The apartment was spotless with everything you could possibly need. Thank you for a wonderful stay x

Fantastic location near the Themes, London Bridge & the Borough Markets. A very clean warehouse conversation with great amenities including a small gym & communal lounge with kitchenette. Wonderful polite & helpful staff & a 24 hour Concierge.

Great property in an excellent location

Great location, away from the crowds of central London, but very easy to get to all the sites. Steps from the Globe Theater, one block from the Tate Modern, up the street from the Thames River and the Uber Boat (fabulous !) stop. Room was perfect, nicely equipped kitchenette with top shelf appliances. Very nice bathroom with a great shower. Hotel staff couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. Fabulous little cafe, Crosby and Hope, right next door, with great coffee and breakfast & lunch menu (not opened on weekends). They have the loveliest staff - we ate there every day.

The property is clean and the staff are very helpful! Great location. Lots of restaurant nearby. Grocery and convenient store are nearby. Borough Market and St Patricks Cathedral are just miles away. The only negative comments I have: 1) The space between the bed is very tight. I keep bumping the edge of the bedframe and I have bruises in my legs. 2) The kitchen is great with stove, refrigerator, oven and microwave. The only problem are the pots and pans are not non stick. But we managed. Other than that, everything is great and Inwould recommend the hotel.

Huge flat very quiet and nice! Nice staff clean room

Absolutely faultless stay. The gentleman who greeted us was very friendly, helpful, and flexible to our individual needs. The room (a small studio) was perfect for 2 people and a real home from home. It was spotless, very well equipped, extremely comfortable, and silent at night. The AC was effective but not obtrusive like most hotels. The central location is excellent with plenty of pubs, restaurants and things to do. There's a choice of tube stations a short walk away, and an Uber boat pier at the end of the lane. One of the most enjoyable stays of my life. Will 100% stay here anytime I'm in London now. Thank you
