Washroom was broken and front desk

Very good price, they need to work on the air quality inside the hotel. On the positive side, we got free breakfast, it was not advertised when we made the reservation but it was a nice surprise.

Our beg has 2 bed bugs and they bite us all night try to put some insect killer

The beds was fairly done but the room wasnt clean enough. No machine coffee, no breakfast, poor service from the staff, no water, no ice.

The staff started yelling at me because his prices on the self serve items were incorrect and he was trying to charge me more than indicated on the items. I’ve never experienced such disrespect in my entire life staying in hotels on a weekly basis. Horrible staff.

The hotel has a bad odor, the elevator smells really bad. The rooms weren't properly cleaned and I found dead roaches in some corners. For the price of just needing somewhere to sleep for a few hours its still too expensive. Very sad because they are 2mins away from a banquet hall and they could really bring people if the place was better kept

Nothing like the pictures online. Parking lot was full, had to park in another parking lot. Had a room looking into the lobby right beside the pool that was out of service. Room was not kept. Run down, don’t recommend

My stay was terrible. The staff rude and unprofessional. The hallway and elevator smell like sewage. Insects crawling everywhere. I payed over 160 Dollars for one night totally not worth it. I travel alot and I've stayed in many hotels i even stayed in motels that were 10 times better than this hotel. For alot less money. I find HOTELS. COM unreliable anymore

There were stains on the bed floors and walls if I wasn't so tired inwoulf of slept outside

The room was spacious & the bed comfortable. The bathroom was nicely renovated. The floor to ceiling windows had tattered plastic roller blinds that didn’t roll up or down. The window sill were covered in dirt & plaster. The carpets were so dirty that my feet led mud prints in the wet shower floor. Our room door wouldn’t lock from the outside when we were going out but they fixed it by the time we got back. Breakfast was handed to us in a paper bag with a cold egg & cheese on a muffin, yogurt, small

There was cockroaches running in the washroom, very bad smell inside and not clean

No enough parking, probably 20 for guests. The whole hotel is falling apart.

Spent a night here, the layout of the room was modern and cozy, the staff was attentive and everything was really clean.

Rooms where terrible, walls and ceilings stained, bathrooms molded, blood stains and other questionable stains on the curtains and walls, no fire detectors on all 3 rooms, no wifi, and much more. In overall i would give it minus stars if it was possible and i can’t understand how rooms like this could be offered on any website

Blood stained sheets, mold in the walls, sticky floors, broken mirror, wallpaper coming off, dirty and broken blinds, stinky, rude staff. Had to cancel and leave upon arrival due to these conditions

Hot tub was not clean. Asked front desk if someone could clean it and was told the room I originally paid for was not available so i was upgraded for free because no other king suites were available and that the hot tub did not work anyways. Lamp cord was cut, landline phone in room was not working, remote missing battery cover and the tv did not have any functioning channels. Could not find or connect to the free wifi. Continental breakfast advertised was literally a brown paper bag stapled shut that contained a yogurt, prepackaged muffin, egg and cheese on an English muffin and a juice box. There was an odd smell throughout the lobby and hallways. Only good thing was the bed was very comfortable.

Shower had mold. Sheets were dirty. Couch and shower was filthy. I went to wash my hands and the roof was leaking and landed on my head. I strongly recommend Expedia stop their partnership with this hotel. It gives your company a bad name. I walked in my room and left and they wouldn’t give me a full refund, for would Expedia and that’s the reason I booked another hotel with giving Expedia the business. I doubt I will book with Expedia again.

Would not recommend this hotel at all. First, the pictures are not what they seem. Upon entering our hotel room, we were met with a very unpleasant smell. Next, we noticed the carpet had many strange stains. The TV had very limited streaming options. The walls were very dirty. The worst part of it all was the noise, as the walls are not soundproof. We were up all night from the noise coming from the hallway and even the people next door. The bathroom ceiling's paint was all chipped, and the sink had cracks. Overall, it was the worst hotel I've ever been to. A health inspection needs to be done on this hotel motel immediately. I wouldn't recommend this place to a dog.
