Stayed here on June 16, 2026, and it was a disaster from start to finish. The elevator smelled awful, our room had no shower curtain, and we were only given one towel for four people. When we asked the front desk to fix the shower curtain, then staff refused, claiming no staff was available to help. To top it off, the breakfast was an absolute scam. Zero customer service and awful maintenance.

Probably wouldn’t stay here again, the tile floor around the jetted tub was cracked into pieces, didn’t look clean enough to get in anyways, there was no smoke alarm in our room, just hanging wires from the ceiling, 4th floor had 4 rooms, no elevator access, the sheets did not smell clean, the pillows were dirty and we won’t get get started about the handprinted stains on the walls….. the carpets in the hallway had ridges in them that you tripped over while walking, not a single staff member around to find things. They definitely say you get what you pay for.

Iv gotten lots of hotel rooms of expidia.ca. but this hotel is the worst i ever been too. The place was very dirty holes in curtains stains on floor bathroom dirty and light switche plate broken. The carpet in hallway are lifted trip hazard the elevator stunk really bad. And when we were checking in the the guy thought it was more important to talk on the phone in a different language while dealing with our checking in could not ask a question to him he was hurrying us along. There's no way you should be in a hotel like this really bad

This place is terribly behind with maintenance. A bad odor three out the building. We stepped into the room and decided to walk out. We where not going to spend the night in this dump. lost $200 but even we have our limits. never again.

Bathroom leaking right to the carpet in the bedroom, I complained after checking in on 06/12/26 until I checked out on 06/14/2026, No solution. No shower gel, bathing soap, lotion, etc. I personally went back to the front desk and spoke to the lady on shift at about 9:30 am to have my beddings changed, nothing was done until I left. She claimed that she was the only one during available the shift and couldn't leave. I requested for mere towels because they advised me to drop the other ones to the floor to soak the water and they never brought them to me. The next day prior to checking out I had to go and get two towels myself.

The staff were so helpful especially the one young lady she wenyond helpful she was fantastic thank you. The room was extremely clean I love this motel

This hotel is disgusting and I’d never recommend anyone stay here. It shouldn't even cost more than $40 a night. When I arrived, i was told about a $200 hold for the place for incidentals payable by card only. The parking lot had a whole bunch of pigeons who completely defected all over my car. The staff were constantly on their phones whenever you’d go to the front desk and you’d have to yell hello before they’d acknowledge you. The hallway leading to the elevator smelled like a baby diaper with poo in it and the elevator smelled like eggs and poo all day and night. The room itself had a broken chair, the linens were dirty and the bathroom had tile missing and the caulking was coming off around the tubs. The bed was squeaky and the walls were so thin we heard conversations all night and morning. 1000% would NOT recommend. There is no way on earth this should be more than $40 a night and I paid over $150. Complete trash. And the supposed “free breakfast” was microwaveable sandwiches we didn't even get to eat because their were none left upon checkout. This place is trash and needs to be vetted by Toronto public health.

Not a bad hotel for the price, some of the reviews mentioned the air conditioning wasn’t working , but I actually had to turn it off a few times because it was too cold in my room which for sleeping was amazing. Room was clean and comfortable, no bathtub though which is fine but I was hoping to have a soak. Oh well. Had to come downstairs to get coffee cups as there was coffee in the room but no cups to put it in. No major inconveniences there. I will say though that on the third floor hallways where I was staying and in the elevator there was a horrible smell that I could only describe as rotten milk or maybe even mould. Didn’t reach my room though however so at least I didn’t have to smell it the entire time. Couldn’t find the ice machine on my floor either. All in all not the worst hotel I’ve ever seen.

The entire building smells of sewage and mildew. The room was filthy, there was dirt smudged on the floor, and the bathroom was so dirty I had to buy products to clean it. The towels and sheets seemed to have been washed, but were stiff and had a strange smell. The outside and lobby definitely look more like a motel than a motel. 1/10 stars.

The mattress was horrible. It had what I can only describe as a giant crater in it. Got in too late to want to do anything about it though. Otherwise decent place. You get what you pay for I guess.

The room it self would have been amazing if we didnt come into a bathroom sink that when turned on exploded water everywhere and that was not an exaggeration it was coming out of every where and we were unable to use it. We got toilet paper that appeared to been soaked in water and then dried and placed in the bathroom, it was not useable. Our TV/cable did not work at all. When we tried to call down stairs the phone had not one cord connected into it nor was there any in the room for it. When we contacted the front desk after doing research on my personal phone and being connected to someone in the USA and having to call back multiple times I got the front desk number called and they told me there was nothing they could do. Do not stay here!

Need to upgrade the amenities,,,break fast is like junior school meal

The location was close to where we had to go But the parking was a hassle very few spots The hotel was smelling bad specially the elevator And rooms need to be clean.

The property is great for a one night stay. There was a smell in the elevator and the hallways.(maybe they allow smoking)? The amenities in the lobby met our needs and there was local restaurants in walking distance.

We were in GTA for a wedding and though we reside in the province we couldn't drive back home so we decided spend the night. We arrived around 1am because we just needed to sleep and head back. During check in the man was on the phone talking the entire time. When we went to room 224 and settled, we reliazed the toilet wouldn't flash so my partner went downstairs for help.They were able to offer another room on the third floor. We packed up again and went up only to reliazed the key access wouldn't work. So my partner went downstairs to reception again. Stood there for 3 minutes while the same employee talked away on his phone. My partner got fed up and asked the man to assist. Instead of this employee realizing the error of his ways, he decided to yell at my partner for disrupting his call and partner also got upset. extremely bad customer service. The elevator and the halls had a bad smell. I would never stay here again.
