I would stay here again .The room was clean and comfortable. I found the breakfast that is offered uneatable. A suggestion would be to offer bagels and jam and peanut butter or cream cheese and a toaster. Parking was ok just a lot of

Overall stay was ok. Front end staffs are not very helpful. Limited parking spaces in the hotel property. If parking is full, you have to park in the shopping plaza parking lot. Continental breakfast very limited option. Our room didn't have a window, however hotel is located in a prime area and some smart features like indicating do not disturb and needs cleaning are a added luxury. It has its own pros and cons.

When we arrived we waited 10 mins for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. We walked into our room that smelt like cigarettes. After checking under the mattresses we found that the smoke detector had been disconnected and shoved under the mattress. The only reason that they are getting 2 stars is because switching rooms was done with ease. Not to mention the “continental breakfast” that consisted of cardboard boxes that held juice boxes, muffins, frozen breakfast sandwiches, and yogurt. The pool was also closed.

Wifi kept dropping depending on where i was in the room

the first room I checked into, the TV wasn’t working; so I asked for a different room.. it was better.

Lots of stained appliances and furniture, in the lobby as well. Staff was good, didn’t check out the breakfast. Didn’t use the wifi. Tv channels were good tv was good, spa was good and nice. Could be cleaned up. Washroom was fine, shower was good. Amenities were okay. Would like a non decaf coffee option

Room was not clean. Carpets need to be vacuumed. Towels were dirty with someone elses hair all over them. Breakfast was frozen presented in boxes on the counter.

The hotel is clean when we arrive. The staff are accommodating as well! Over all stay was amazing.

I do not recommend the hotel.

When I arrived, the receptionist didn't even acknowledge my arrival. When I said, "can you please help me, I would like to check in", he just extended his hand, i gave him my ID and cc and just gave me the room key. Didn't provide directions or asked for anything, when i asked him where to go, he just pointed the direction. The room looked clean, until i noticed pubic hair in the pillows, disgusting. In the middle of the night there was someone screaming up and down the hall, very loud. Hotel needs better customer service and attention to details in the room.

Value for money. Premises was clean and quiet. Parking was spacious.

It was nice,pool didn’t work but it wasn’t matter for me maybe for my kids,but we were going to fly,so we just stayed for one night not for two as planned because our flight was delayed and I chose to fly early for any case

Cockroaches. Polite staff. Needs to be fumigated.

Left the hotel alsmost 24 hours, still didn't get deposit returned
