EST Hotel

Our flight was cancelled due to weather and we needed 2 rooms (6 people) for a short night mid January 2026. Booked last minute and as a last cause as availability was low close to the airport. Once we arrived we were provided a room that smelled like smoke/smoke still lingering in the room- so bad that it actually made us nauseous. Never mind that all rooms are non smoking! We asked for a room change - the next room we were given was unlocked, and dirty- beds unmade, garbage in the waste bin, towels on the floor! We asked for a clean, non smoke filled room- we were given a room that was not big enough to accommodate the guests, paint and wallpaper pealing off the walls with visible mold & again unlocked (many of the rooms digital lock system were not functioning). The 4th room was finally acceptable- this process took well over an hour, us lugging our suitcases/people from one room to the next and back to the lobby. The MOTEL would benefit from updating, proper functioning door locking system and an organized cleaning system - the front staff should know clean/dirty rooms so the rooms are not given to new clientele! The poor young gentleman working the front desk was dealing with a lot and tried his best to help us, he was also being harassed by an unruly guest, we felt terrible asking for basic appropriate clean rooms. He was patient and really did his best to help us- the man needs a raise! However- we would still NOT recommend the motel at its current state!

It seems no one maintains facilities and services. The room was ok, but everything was not well operational.

the blind was damaged on the side, so streetlights were coming in.. other than that, it was quiet.

Limited parking and tight.

Spend an extra 20 and stay somewhere nice. Wallpaper was falling off in my room. Lots of unrepaired water damage on the ceiling. Damaged lampshade. Bag lunch for breakfast. Big pass on this place

Front desk staff very rude. Unwilling to help resolve an issue I had with the booking. Waste of time and money? Cheaper pricing but it does not worth the disrespect.

Very bad experience with room and staff

Room was dirty a lot of stains on the carpet, walls and sofa. Also, there was a roach in the room. I will never go back to this hotel again

It was a nice room with ample space, it was clean except for bugs and insects that we noticed.

Staff was pleasant enough and the room seemed ok for the cheap price. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were all huge, heavy, and super lumpy. The base of the shower looked really dirty (not sure if it was or if it was stains, but I wasn't standing in it with my bare feet). Unfortunately, my room was beside a door that opened and 'clicked' loudly every time it shut (every 15 minutes or so) and an ice machine (where people seemed to stand around talking). It was really loud, so at 2am I packed up and left. Warning for nervous drivers and those with big cars: the parking was super tight and under an awning. To add insult to injury, birds had crapped on my car in several places. *Pool was closed - not sure for how long.

I stayed there (alone) when I was stranded due to weather. Very affordable and excellent value for the price. Parking was directly outside the hotel and was under a roof/garage thing but be careful if you’re trying to avoid bird poop because my car was covered in it when I went out in the morning. You can see it was once a beautiful hotel that’s in need of upkeep and maintenance but still, it was bright, clean and safe. The ceiling in my room had some sort of water stain and when you look carefully, you can see how the owners are not keeping up with the building. Forget the breakfast; total waste of your time. It’s a paper bag with a plastic- wrapped muffin, plastic-wrapped breakfast sandwich and juice box. No coffee even in the lobby/dining room. Pretty sad considering you can see the dining room could host an all-out hot breakfast. So that was pretty brutal; just skip it. This place was completely fine for me (44 yo female) but just overall could be a much more impressive hotel if they put in a little more effort (breakfast) and upkeep (painting, etc).

Limited parking, our room was horrible saw some bugs instead of being moved or get our partial payment we got moved to a room right next to the one we complaint about. I do not recommend until the places gets proper cleaning.

Room was ok The ad did say they had a pool, but when I asked about it, they said it was broken. Breakfast was like a kids breakfast lunch bag nothing special. Room was clean and comfy
