Our room was spacious and love the pillows and soft bedsheets. We appreciate the quick response from housekeeping when we asked for extra pillows and water for coffee. We had breakfast in the hotel for a fee ( in house guests gets 30% discount on meals) and the food variety is great and delicious too! Restaurant staff are very attentive to our needs. The hotel lobby is big and they offered some popcorn for free during our first day. Concierge is also very helpful.

We were a family of five and booked 2 double rooms. All the staff were professional and friendly. The receptionist was very helpful in changing our rooms to adjoining ones. The staff at the lounge/cafe were helpful when I asked for certain alterations to the menu to suit our infant. The rooms and beds were spacious and comfortable. The hotel was walking distance to the Festive Mall giving us a choice of restaurants. There's also a museum of contemporary art nearby. The only critique that I have is the temperature of the pool which was on the cold side. However, overall we had a great stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend or book this place again.

The hotel is perfect for those attending events at the convention centre. The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly.

This hotel is perfect for the businessman and the family vacationer alike. Definitely not a Courtyard Marriott hotel, but a full fledged Marriott in terms of amenities, top floor lounge availability, beautiful pool, gym and sumptuous buffet. Definitely the best hotel in IloIlo by a mile. The surrounding area in IloIlo business park is new and beautifully landscaped as well. 5 stars.
