On 11th oct 2018 at 9.00 am. I went to the front counter to ask for maps. I was an Indonesian. 1 female staff attended to me. I asked 2 times for maps, she got annoyed and showed face. I raised my voice, she asked me to get out from the hotel whilst I was still the hotel guest staying for 3 nights and booked 4 room. I was shocked later to find out that she was the front office manager whom in my life I could recall got the worst attitude. This hotel is not recommended for stat so long she is still there as she could ruin your days. Luckily another one, the front office assistant, was very friendly and helpful. How ironic. As we speak, I am writing to the 1st staff's superior to file a formal complaint, you are known for hospitality industry and she has ruined the image.
