環境清潔乾淨,早餐可頌和火腿腸好好吃;櫃台人員很有耐心,電梯有點小,一次大概可以進兩個托運行李和兩個人就滿了。樓層之間有樓梯上下(有的兩三階,有的六七階);搬到重的行李會很精彩= =。

Normally, It is OK. However, I did request a box tissue from the front desk three times and the houskeeper twice during the tissue ran out in my staying room. There was no response within five hours. It is a bad experience.

The door men were not very friendly. You don’t feel comfortable with their ‘help’. Choice of breakfast is not much. The room is very small with no conditioner. The shampoo and bath is two in one. It’s not good for the hair!

1. The front deck was quite unfriendly and a bit discrimination. (The front desk asked if we were two women share a room? With an “incredible” voice. I don’t see why this need to be double checked when we have already selected 2 person/room ). 2. The elevator was so small that we almost can’t fit two luggage’s and two persons in this elevator. Our room should be on 4th floor however, when you get to the floor, you might lost yourself and you need to take your luggage’s “downstairs” and “upstairs” then later on, you will find out if you take the elevator to 3rd floor, it will closer to the room (at least no need to up and down stairs). 3. The air conditioner was so so noisy even when we turn it off. Be careful the noise will suddenly popped up when you were sleeping. 4. The location was good but need to be careful not to stay here on Friday and Saturday cause you can hear people party all night. I am not a person who like to spend time writing a comment but we really have a bad experience started from checking in. Overall, my friend and I rather to pay more for a better hotel but will not choose this hotel again.

Our stay was fabulous. Excellent staff, specifically the concierge Geraldo. He was extremely helpful and courteous offering great recommendations and assistance. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

The location is unbeatable—just steps from the central station and one of the main streets. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the concierge, who suggested great activities, helped me purchase tickets, and even assisted with train schedules. Truly excellent service

Reception staff were a bit dismissive. I wish that all hotels appreciated older, solo, female travellers. We have money, no mortgages and, if made to feel welcome, we will spend our money IN the hotel - meals, room service etc. My room was the furthest it could be from Reception. It was a nice room but I know it was not the best single room I could have been given. Therefore, it was not value for money. And would not bring me back. As a contrast, in both the Four Seasons in Vienna (for a similar price), I was treated extremely well and will stay there again. And, likewise, in a four star hotel in Slovenia, I was made VERY welcome - therefore had room service one night and ate in their restaurant the next night, and bought champagne in their bar.

Staff was super helpful. Very convenient to the train.

It was a pleasant experience, checking in, cleanliness, friendly staff!
