The location was very good and conveniently located near the Zürich HB (main train station) and the Bahnhofstrasse (lovely shopping district). The staff were professional, well-organized, and friendly. The room was fairly spacious and the bed and bedding were neat and comfortable, although it could use a bit of upgrading. The breakfast was excellent and had all of the elements of a good Swiss breakfast (proper cheeses, breads, etc.).

I was really disappointed with my stay. The room looked nothing like the pictures online. it was the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in. The bathroom was so tiny that it only fit one person at the time. The property itself felt outdated and had a strong smell, likely from the carpets. The location was great, but unfortunately, the experience was made worse by the hot weather in early September and the fact that the AC was not working. I was told it only operates during summer, which was very frustrating. At $450 per night, this hotel was definitely not worth the price.

I liked the location and the staff was friendly. The first room they gave me was nice. Big bed, walk in shower, nice colors. However, the AC didn’t work in that room, and it was 85 degrees outside. I asked if they had another room, because this one was unbearable. They switched me to the only room that was available, which was very small, sort of depressing due to the color scheme, had a tub shower, and an old mattress and pillows that had no support. I woke up everyday with a stiff neck and back. But the AC worked, so at least I wasn’t sweating like I just ran a marathon. For what I paid for the four night stay, it definitely was not worth it.

It’s the perfect location to walk and see everywhere and everything I would stay here everytime I come . I would have given 5 stars but the room fridge is not cold at all and the A/ C doesn’t really cool the room down much at all . The beds are hard which for my back was great , loved the pillows , nice size room

The shower leaked terribly. I stayed a week. I asked the staff to repair it. They did not. Also there is no a/c. I slept with my window open and it was fine. But I really couldn’t use the room comfortably in the afternoon as the windows faced west.
