Adele at the reception was extremely helpful and cheerful. The bed is very comfy. Was just little disappointed that there’s no balcony in the room as shown on the booking photos.

nice hotel, great location, right in the center, 2mins to the two towers, and the main shopping area. Staffs very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is so Richful of choices and yummy! Rooms clean and amenity is nice! Great bargain booked with hotels. Will still be my first choice when exploring Bologna! But one minor problem, the staircase and elevator can be very confusing. when you can carrying huge luggages this can be annoying

My room was small so if you travel with your wife or companion make sure you get a bigger room. Everything else was very good.

Det var som at komme hjem at komme ind på hotellet. Roligt og dejligt. Utroligt hjælpsomt personale og det skønneste værelse med badekar, badekåber, kaffemaskine, vand og skønne senge. Vi sov så godt og der var ingen larm. Fantastisk placering

The hotel was in an excellent location accessible to everything. The train station was also only a 15min walk away. It was a great stay.

Mein Zimmer war nicht schön! Sehr klein und mit Fenster zu einer Mauer - furchtbar. Man sollte also beim biöichen genau aufpassen. Personal super, Frühstück top, Lage ideal.

Great location, my room was small but excellent choice for solo travelling. No issue with street noise even though my room had the restaurant terrace below, windows were well isolated.

Det var ikke et mindeværdigt hotel. Toiletbrættet var i stykker, hvilket vi dog ikke kommenterede, men det burde rengøringen have set. Bruseren i badeværelset var kalket helt til, så vandet stod til alle sider. Desuden var der lovet kaffe på værelset, men selv efter 3 nætter var der ikke kommet kaffe, der var kun tebreve. Det var også bare en elkedel, så ikke nogen ordentlig kaffe. Parkering var ret dyr, 50 € pr. døgn. Men hotellet lå dejlig centralt.

Great location and easy to get around historic Bologna. The check in team was great with many recommendations that we followed and exceeded our expectations of what we experienced in Bologna. The breakfast was excellent and the team serving us was attentive and friendly. This is a great hotel with lots of history.

Terrific location. Very quiet with window open to our sunlit courtyard. Housekeeper made my day surprising me with Happy Birthday (someone actually read my passport!). Outstanding front desk and concierge staff who arranged numerous restaurants and outbound private driver. I will stay here again and will recommend to friends and family

Staff were most gracious and helpful. Loved the property generally though our room was a bit small; however the bathroom was spacious and walk in shower was spacious and rain showerhead was great!

Lovely hotel with the nicest staff. I enjoyed my stay and the restaurant and bar were very nice. Excellent location.

Splendid lobby; excellent bar; good restaurant; great location; quiet. But some staff had an attitude interacting with guests and there were numerous problems with the room, particularly the bathroom: shower door didn’t close, soaking the entire bathroom floor; no shelf in the shower requiring keeping toiletries on the floor. Sink would not drain and had to be serviced. Keys to the room didn’t work and had to be replaced. One of the receptionists presented a card (for a key) without programming it.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff is amazing and went above and beyond to meet our needs. Our room was tiny but nice. The elevator was under repair while we weee there which meant climbing lots of stairs! The hotel is in a GREAT location to everything.

Great property. Very close to city center and so many wonderful restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful and the room although small was very comfortable.
