This property is very close to Rome termini, staffs are friendly, breakfast is good.

I had a wonderful stay. It was too short, really.

Conveniently located across from Roma Termini, with lots of food options nearby, this was a great hotel. The staff was exceptional during my 3 night stay. The area is safe, and the property is very clean and well maintained. My room's windows also blocked out all the noise from outside. The windows also opened completely for fresh air. 👍

Could do with a bar and an outside seating area

Check in was easy. We arrived very early but they were able to store our luggage for us which was great. Hotel room was good. Very clean and spacious. Quite basic but everything we needed and the air conditioning was great. Breakfast was included and it was very good indeed. I would recommend the Marisa Hotel.

Great stay, lovely restaurant (Andrea’s) next door. Would recommend.

Since there was no AC or ceiling fans, the only option is to open the windows which allowed excess street/ traffic noise into the room all night making it difficult to rest

The hotel room looked like a prison cell. Photos on website do not match the property. Floors were dangerously slippery in the room. Floors were gray painted cement or stone but were covered in a slippery surface. Hotel in decrepit condition and is not a 3 star European hotel.

Everything perfect , we stay in a different room that they have around the corner and trust me if they give you that room is you lucky day because they're brand new.

Our room seemed quite dated and the waterfall shower was bizarrely over a shelf. Dingy dark and blue bathroom and no English speaking tv channels. Bed was comfortable and the reception staff really friendly and helpful. The hotel also arrange free tours for guests which we used once, as only there one night. Also free hot drinks in the hotel dining area for guests from the machine was welcome as no in room facilities for drinks. It was very noisy as room doors are close together, so other guests closing their doors then locking, was loud. Old fashioned keys to lock rooms so no quieter option for people. It was quite noisy but great location next to Termini and why we chose that hotel/ location. We were in room 43 and could even hear the lift arriving on the floor. Pros and cons but the noise would put me off returning I’m afraid despite excellent staff.

Super disappointed since we were not staying in the hotel, initially. We had to walk and stay in a room in an other building. A flat that had been converted to hotel rooms. Then we found bed bugs in the bed. The front desk guy got us an other room. I also chose the pay at the hotel, but the hotel charged me 3 days before arrival for the first night. Now i have to wait 4 to 7 business days before they return the price foe that night...i still had ro pay in full upon check in since they could not just deduct that night. A hot mess! Only good thing...close to the train staion.

Close to train station made transport connections a breeze

Best location if you choose to be at Roma Termini train station. It is literally accross the street. Arrives late in the evening and it was very easy to walk there, check in and depart by train next day. The hotel receptionist was very nice and kind. It is a good value three stars hotel. I did find it a bit noisy due to guests coming in and out of their rooms - may be a carpet in the hallways would help offsetting some noise. Also doors open and close with a traditional key that clicks and makes noise. Overall I would stay there again due to location and value.

Great for a few days. Not for a long stay. Rooms are small. Very clean. Staff is excellent. Great restaurants around. Train station is right in front of the hotel for easy transportation with lots of shopping.

It was very clean and the staff was nice and accommodating. We arrived early and they held our luggage while we explored the city.

Nice hotel very close to Termini. Being in the city centre, the area was quite active into the late hours. The hotel itself was excellent.

Roomy, very friendly staff.

It is very hot in the room, we went in Oct 18, 2024. It is no air conditioning. The shower door is very very small. We are small people , but we almost can’t get it to shower. If you are over 160 lbs, i guarantee you can’t get in the shower. Attached is the pictures you can compare the door and a small garbage can size.
