Staff simpatico e prestativo em especial para o pessoal que prepara e serve o café da manhã que é muito bom.O chuveiro um pouco difícil de ajustar,ou fica muito quente ou muito frio e o frigobar quase não gela.Otima localização,perfeito para quem vai sem carro,facilidade para o metrô,para o trem que leva ao aeroporto e ônibus.Muitas opções de alimentação próximos ao Hotel.

Room was clean and the staff allowed us to check in an hour early since our flight arrived sooner than expected. The hotel is located directly across from the train station, which was very convenient for us to catch our train to the airport for a very early flight. The room was also beautifully decorated and provided a fair amount of space for us to unpack and reorganize our bags before flying out.

The property is very clean, the staff is excellent. The hotel has an older feel to it. WiFi is good but outside of that nothing particularly modern about it. There are stairs immediately upon entry that you must be able to carry your luggage up. The location is directly across from Roma Termini. We stayed here a couple of nights before a cruise from Civitecchia port, it’s about an hour shuttle drive away. Thirty minute ride to FCO airport.

The room was clean. The air conditioning was noisy but worked great. There was a strong chemical odor in the room and it was difficult to get a good nights rest because of it. The bathroom shower backed up. And the water temp was so hot. We only stayed one night, but I wish I saw the reviews from other sights before committing to this establishment.

This hotel is extremely underrated, the room is was allocated during my stay wasn't in the main hotel building, but in a building around the back of the complex. In all honesty at first I was a bit disappointed but I soon realised it wasnt a problem in the slightest. The only negative things I would say is that sometimes there was no water. So after a long day forget taking a shower. Another negative was I had to pay to star my luggage with the receptionist. I thought because I paid to stay I'd be offered the baggage storage for free.
Dispite these little things I'd definitely stay again.

Fiquei hospedada em uma outra unidade do hotel, muito próximo ao Marisa. Atendimento e acessibilidade muito bons. Água e máquina de café expresso no quarto (com cápsulas disponíveis), foram um diferencial. Gostei muito. Recomendo.

The rain shower shower head was sooooo nice. AC was great and perfect bed. It was so comfy. The price was so cheap and it was literally across the street from the metro and train stations. It was a dream!

The hotel was old-school, so had a regular key for the door instead of the electronic key card which I kind of liked as it added to the style of the place. The staff was extremely helpful and willing to do whatever was needed to make sure you had a good stay that was very much appreciated.

Great inconvenience without front desk person after 11pm, especially when in need of service. Stayed there for 4 nights and encountered two (2) issues during after hours, one night the toilet does not flush and was told no technician available until next day. Then another night the water stopped running during shower and had to wait 45 mins to restore water pressure. Overall room needs update, hotel towels were stained, had to called them several times to refill shower gel. The man that checked us in was nice and friendly, however the lady at checkout was rude. Would not recommend staying here.

The service was amazing. The breakfast was pleasant, very friendly staff, the only thing I’ll recommend is ensure to add a flat iron in the room for single bed, other than that my experience was great.
