Check in was easy. We arrived very early but they were able to store our luggage for us which was great. Hotel room was good. Very clean and spacious. Quite basic but everything we needed and the air conditioning was great. Breakfast was included and it was very good indeed. I would recommend the Marisa Hotel.

Since there was no AC or ceiling fans, the only option is to open the windows which allowed excess street/ traffic noise into the room all night making it difficult to rest

Everything perfect , we stay in a different room that they have around the corner and trust me if they give you that room is you lucky day because they're brand new.

Check in was easy. We arrived very early but they were able to store our luggage for us which was great. Hotel room was good. Very clean and spacious. Quite basic but everything we needed and the air conditioning was great. Breakfast was included and it was very good indeed. I would recommend the Marisa Hotel.

The hotel room looked like a prison cell. Photos on website do not match the property. Floors were dangerously slippery in the room. Floors were gray painted cement or stone but were covered in a slippery surface. Hotel in decrepit condition and is not a 3 star European hotel.

Our room seemed quite dated and the waterfall shower was bizarrely over a shelf. Dingy dark and blue bathroom and no English speaking tv channels. Bed was comfortable and the reception staff really friendly and helpful. The hotel also arrange free tours for guests which we used once, as only there one night. Also free hot drinks in the hotel dining area for guests from the machine was welcome as no in room facilities for drinks.
It was very noisy as room doors are close together, so other guests closing their doors then locking, was loud. Old fashioned keys to lock rooms so no quieter option for people. It was quite noisy but great location next to Termini and why we chose that hotel/ location. We were in room 43 and could even hear the lift arriving on the floor. Pros and cons but the noise would put me off returning I’m afraid despite excellent staff.

Excelente Hotel, cruzando se encuentra terminal Termini lo cual hará que puedas moverte con facilidad a trenes ya sea para el aeropuerto o hacia otros destinos de Italia, la zona es muy tranquila y transitada!
Tienen servicio de desayuno lo cual es bueno, vale la pena y económico además que tienes acceso a capuchinos, americano, chocolate etc gratis
El personal es sin duda muy amable, servicial y a parte hablan de todos los idiomas
Sin duda volveré a hospedarme aquí

Super disappointed since we were not staying in the hotel, initially. We had to walk and stay in a room in an other building. A flat that had been converted to hotel rooms. Then we found bed bugs in the bed. The front desk guy got us an other room.
I also chose the pay at the hotel, but the hotel charged me 3 days before arrival for the first night. Now i have to wait 4 to 7 business days before they return the price foe that night...i still had ro pay in full upon check in since they could not just deduct that night. A hot mess!

四人一部屋を予約しましたが、ホテル側のトラブルでダブルルーム二つに変更になりました。１階と５階で離れてしまい、しかも１階は狭くシャワーも水漏れしていて排水溝は流れが悪い状態。レストルーム近くで音がうるさかったです。ほぼ５階の部屋で過ごしました。部屋自体は清潔でした。テルミニ駅近くで利便性は良かったです。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれました。

Best location if you choose to be at Roma Termini train station. It is literally accross the street. Arrives late in the evening and it was very easy to walk there, check in and depart by train next day. The hotel receptionist was very nice and kind. It is a good value three stars hotel. I did find it a bit noisy due to guests coming in and out of their rooms - may be a carpet in the hallways would help offsetting some noise. Also doors open and close with a traditional key that clicks and makes noise. Overall I would stay there again due to location and value.

Pontos positivos: localização muito boa, do lado da estação central de Roma. Funcionários prestativos. Quarto grande, limpo e arrumado.
Pontos de possível melhoria: a luz no meu quarto acabou três vezes (problema prontamente resolvido pelos funcionários). O quarto era um pouco quente, mesmo para o inverno. Não foi um problema para mim, mas o box poderia ser pequeno para uma pessoa um pouco obesa.

Fica na rua da estação Termine a qual possui inúmeros serviços, lojas e restaurantes.
O local é muito agradável com acomodação excelente porém com ressalvas. Pontos fortes além da localização são o café da manhã delicioso e o atendimento impecável garçom Giulio! Pontos negativos. O box de banho é minúsculo. Minha esposa tem a opinião de que o quarto é selecionado na entrada de acordo com o porte físico dos hóspedes. Mesmo magro quase que não entra no box. Juro, é desconfortável. Tomar banho sem molhar o cabelo é quase impossível. Perguntamos se tinha box maior e a resposta foi que não. O que não dá pra entender é a desproporção pois o quarto é imenso. O nosso cabia 4 pessoas com uma cama de casal grande e duas de solteiro. Outro ponto negativo é que não tem espelho fora do banheiro o que na prática é ruim também. Hotel também não dispõe de programa de economia de re utilização de toalhas.
