Good experience, highly recommended

From the time the hotel shuttle driven by Diego picked us up at the airport to departure, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jose Antonio Deluxe. The location was excellent, close to parks, restaurants and the tourist information centre. The room was spotless. The room service and brunch wonderful. The pool area was beautiful. The staff were very nice and accommodating … especially Annie. We had an issue and it was resolved immediately. Thank you, Jose Antonio Deluxe for a first class stay in Miraflores!

Air conditioning wasn’t working in the hotel. They didn’t tell guests before check in. Hotel staff was unfriendly and unhelpful with other issues as well.

Hotel muito bem localizado, muito limpo, confortavel. Chuveiro otimo, café da manhã bom mas sem muitas opções diferentes. A unica coisa que nao me agradou foi a altura dos travesseiros. Eram muito muito altos. Tenho um filho de 5 anos e ele dormiu sem nada.

Beautiful hotel with a huge fancy lobby. Room was very clean and new. The neighborhood is very walkable. Staff were very nice and accomodating. We had to leave at 5am for a tour one day and couldnt make it to breakfast, the staff offerred to make us breakfast bags for each of us. Would highly recommend

O Hotel é muito bom, quarto confortável, limpeza impecável, café da manhã com bastante variedade. A minha reclamação é que eu mandei várias mensagens para o hotel solicitando serviço de transporte do aeroporto para o hotel e para um evento que estava tendo na cidade, e não tive resposta. Chegando no hotel solicitei e reservei o serviço de trasporte para o evento pessoalmente, porém no dia o transporte não estava disponivel no horário marcado.
