Fasilitas yang disediakan cukup lengkap, namun ada beberapa fasilitas yang masih kurang. Wifi sangat sulit di access karena di berikan kartu atau code access untuk wifi di awal. Hal ini juga sangat disayangkan, televisi hampir setiap televisi tidak ada channel ini sangat disayangkan. Saya rasa untuk kategori hotel bintang 4 ini tidak dapat di terima, namun untuk fasilitas dan service nya ini cukup baik.

We had an unpleasant stay in The Linden Suites. We paid 6k for our room and it was a 4-star hotel so we expected that it will be clean. However, there were lots of issues in their amenities as shown in the photos aside from the incomplete supply of common necessities such as slippers. We were two but they only gave us one pair. We can somehow forgive those stuff but we encountered unpleasant attitude from staffs as well. 1. We waited for more than an hour before we were checked in. (Understandable because the desk was busy with the DILG and Deped people I think.) However, the people at the front desk did not show pleasantries when I approached them. 2. Our internet was poor so they gave us two vouchers. My husband called the desk and a guy picked up the call but for some reason, the front desk cut the call (or the call was “accidentally disconnected”) but we waited for a return call but didn't receive anything. 3. Receiver in the restaurant stopped us from entering because we were wearing our sleep wears (terno pajamas). We normally wear our pjs even in other countries. Their rule is understandable because then again, I think there were lots of DILG people checked-in that day (but they should've at least advised us not to wear sleep wear when we were checking in). We eventually changed our wears but when we sat down, there were hairs in my bacon. 4. The front desk called at 10:30 and asked us to check-out at 11 although we requested the day before for a late check-out. I hope the staff do better next time. 🙃

Male frontoffice (duty-aug 16,2019 ; 6:56 pm) was disrespectful. I dropped by at your hotel front desk to claim my lost and found eyeglasses last aug 15 room 1106. I sent the copy of my id twice through email and I am showing him my phone but as per fo it was still not reflected on their mail. I told him that the car is waiting for me on the driveway, I am expecting sense of urgency from him and the way he told me na "oo nga maam wait lang pinaprocess pa po" was not appropriate as a frontliner. I am also from a hotel so I know we should at least have a spiel. I wasn't able to get his name but please.

The bad - We stayed at room 711, three bedroom suite, tower 2. The room is far from the two bedroom we booked last time at tower 1. The lighting is not good, very dim. The room looks old. One portion of the wood parque upon entering the main bedroom is detached. It is very difficult to adjust the aircon units as they don't seem to work; you have to click several times and point it very near the unit. The chair on the business table is worn out. Would not recommend booking this room from tower 2. Better stay at the tower 1. Also the sensor for the keycard access on the Tower 2 lifts needs to be checked. We had a hard time making it work as well as other guests who went back to the 2nd floor because the access is not working. The good - I would like to commend one staff who is very accommodating - Bubble of Front Office.

Hotel is perfect for family staycation. Service is good. Hotel staff is courteous especially the housekeeping at 18th floor. The staff at the happy chef if remarkable for giving excellent service. Highly recommended you'll get your money's worth.

So far, this is the best hotel that we had stay on for a night. It’s very cozy. The staff are awesome and easy to communicate with. They have certain rules to follow but guests can easily abide to it. I will definitely recommend this.

The room was very spacious and a lot bigger than we expected. The hotel service was also great from checking-in to checking-out.

The hotel is very suitable for a family get together. The room/suite is spacious and very comfortable. Kids can enjoy the pool while adults can hit the gym or have a relaxing time at the spa.

This hotel is best if you need that quick staycation with your friends and family. The check-in/out is always a breeze, all the staff are very warm and welcoming, the room is well-maintained, no long waiting time in elevators, and it is located in the Ortigas business district.

The accomodation and service was good, but the worst part of the service is the reserved parking slot. They reserved a slot for you car, but thier parking attendant make use of your slot to earn from other guest. And also, they don't give change for the parking fee.

We just booked the most basic room but it was huge with separate dining area and kitchen. Front desk staff was not warm, no smile at all. We explore hotels, check-in frequently- and I know the treatment and the look whenever we book the lowest type of room. Asked if they have anything for someone celebrating a birthday, answer was - NO, You need to book directly to the hotel if you wish to have a token or a small cake or something. Lobby is too small. Nice temperature regulated indoor pool and jacuzzi

We spent 2 nights with the family and we had a great stay. Very accommodating staff upon checking in and facilities / room service make sure they ask you if you want your room cleaned up. Overall, we had a great stay with value for money.

they scrutinize a lot from the guard to the reception. i don't feel welcome as if they always doubt if you're a registered guest when you go in and out of the hotel. the room is spacious but cockroaches are roaming everywhere! mosquitoes are biting me during the night.
