Nice location, close to CBS, shopping malls around the hotel, bunch of restaurants to choose from and airport pick-up service is wonderful

房間很大，很有個人活動空間，經濟實惠。附近餐飲、購物、交通都很方便。服務人員親切，且很有效率。客房的無線網路有時候慢了些，可以再加強。

我住在11樓的兩房兩廳套房，整體而言空間很大而舒適。交通方便，生活機能佳，附近有大賣場和便宜按摩店。

服務好但是清潔方面續要加強. 浴缸容易塞,洗臉盆水下的很滿. 床單有骯髒. 位置便利,餐廳和購物中心都在鄰街而已.但是交通很塞. 非常糟.

居住坪數大，非常適合家庭出遊住宿，鄰近馬卡蒂中心商圈，購物交通都方便

在櫃台登記時, 櫃台人員表示並沒有收到hotels.com相關入住通知, 櫃台人員再次確認沒有收到任何通知後, 還是十分快速地幫我準備了房間. 在詢問是否吸煙時, 因為同等級吸煙房已經全滿, 我表示沒關係, 非吸煙房也可以, 但飯店人員立即表示可以幫我做房型升等. 而且因為我入住的時間比較晚, 他們還主動告知我,可以讓我延後退房, 實在是非常貼心的服務!!

整體而言不錯，但位於商業區，晚上比較靜。有3間房有廳有廚房有2廁所。房間整潔，但廁所不太乾淨，浴室去水有困難。

Staff was super friendly

Overall it is a nice getaway for a family/group. We stayed in a 4 bedroom suite for a family of 6. The only thing that is not good is the reception area. Upon arrival for a supposed check in at 3pm we have to wait for almost an hour for our room (mind you, I booked the hotel months ahead) and upon checking out, I have to remind the receptionist for the 2k pesos incidental fees, for which I have to wait longer before he clears us to check out. I suggest they need to upgrade their system of checking in and out for the convenience of guests.

Our suite was very clean, both my wife and I noticed a terrible smell when transferring elevators on the second floor. Staff was always friendly, did not eat breakfast, however we did go in for dinner ordered the wonton soup and the chef's burger, one of these has had me sick for the last few days. The suite provided a little stereo which required an adapter(that I needed to sign for) and even acter that the stereo did not work. There is a convince store about 1 minute from the enterance and there is a mall nearby within walking distance.

Staff was very welcoming and pleasant. There needs to be some maintenance done as the tap leaked and things need to be upgraded. The finer details of cleaning could be improved. We had a great room with a view and enjoyed our stay but need to pass this on. Thanks

Spacious clean room. I stay at linden suites when visit my family. It's alway a great experience. Close to mega mall

Our stay was three weeks. The rooms are spacious, perfect for small families or getaways. The staff are attentive, incredibly patient and so friendly. Easy and reliable shuttle service to and from the airport. Although rooms are clean, only negative, the furniture and curtains are old and need replacing. And our refrigerator kept breaking down. On location Happy Chef restaurant. Cozy atmosphere, nice window view of Ortigas avenue. We ate there several times for the morning buffet and dine in. Variety of options on the menu. Flavors are consistent and the team treats you like family. Want to acknowledge Michelle, Alexa, Belle, John and Edmar. Great team of regular staff and trainees. The Front Desk and Security Team always made sure we had what we needed when we arrived at the hotel or left for the day. Traveling with elderly parents, I felt comfortable for parents. Often times my father would take morning walks, and they always looked out for him. They took great consideration when the grab or taxi arrived to help them in and out the vehicles. They greeted us by our names which added a sincerity to our day. Very warm and welcoming to hear your name recognized. Kudos to: Chito, Jesiel, Ato, Dante, Joey, MJ, Emmanual, Clyde, Nico, and William Also want to acknowledge our housekeeper Lerma and the fellas that operated the Spa and Gym. Lerma is such a hardworking little lady. Great staff at the spa always helpful and aware

All the staff are great! Shout out to William, the hotel porter, for being friendly. We stayed in Linden several times now. I think they need to do a lot with the property. Drapes haven’t been washed as I observed. Faucets in the bathrooms/shower need to be replaced or fixed. In short, the hotel should do an upgrade on their property.

room--- ok.....staff ...ok....amenities---extremely minimal

I did not get the room I reserved on line. I requested for a change room which was done however an additional charge was made. And this soured me. The picture of the room I reserved did not match the room given me.

Great staff and room was a bit old however it outweighs the cleanliness of the room keep that way.
