I have comment their check in was cold and no welcoming. The Hotel Executive asistant manager acknowledged my comment and send me a card however come with a set of amenities as same as the welcome amenities. Can see how robotic and service without heart. Club lounge very nice, specially those serve attitude are different. F&B staff， housekeeping and concierge great hospitality but not front desk.

It’s great that we got free upgrades for 2 nights. The service is also good. The only thing which might need improvements is the daily room cleaning.

Great location in the center of Sofia, you can just walk for 3 minutes to see the beautiful Sofia church. Wonderful stay in this wonderful hotel! 5 stars recommend！

Excellent location. Close to metro, restaurants and museum.

It was the perfect location. Our room had a beautiful view of the square and cathedral. We had the room that comes with dinner which was well worth it. The dinners were great and it was nice after a long day to relax in the restaurant. Staff were amazing!

I do a lot of traveling. For both business and pleasure. I have to say that this is probably in the top 10 hotels I've ever stayed in. As far as the hotel itself and surrounding area. It was a temporary layover for me and I didn't have to leave outside of the area until I left for the airport.

The room did smell bad, but opening the window would allow all the noise from AC units to disturb... I booked a Cathedral view room and got a back-yard one... Won't go back ever! Room AC is extreme loud. Bathroom door trims are rotten. I have photos... All in all it was a terrible experience....

This hotel is a real gem in Sofia. High quality, excellent service, wonderful restaurant. Everything is just perfect! I strongly recommend if staying here, choosing the rooms with cathedral view.

I was upgraded without any issues to a better room free of charge, which is rare in Bulgaria:)

There was no place near the couch to relax your feet and I just need it a comfortable spot to put my feet up on a little table but somebody (the manager)asked me to place them down?!…

Hôtel d'une autre époque... Les ascenseurs, la réception, les lustres, le mobilier... Tout est vieillot et dans son jus, le prix n'est absolument pas justifié, notamment pas au vu du personnel pas forcément attentionné.

Excelente ubicación e instalaciones, el propio restaurante del Hotel es inmejorable. Muy buena opción para alojarse en Sofia y las atracciones turísticas están literalmente a pie.

Delightful service team and well appointed. Perfectly located for touring the area.
