Great location for us for OVO Hydro. Comfortable bed & room spotless. Sky bar nice tho couldn’t get in on Friday night as a private party on. Breakfast from self service not good as warm and not a lot left as in choice. Second breakfast better off the menu. Reception very helpful. Also unable to book restaurant as is wasn’t open on our arrival . Then fully booked before we could get booked

It's not in the middle of the city, but it's ideal for events in the SEC Campus. Right from check-in the staff were very friendly, very helpful and always a delight to interact with. The standard room was spacious, clean and had none of the hangovers of being pet-friendly. Opt for your breakfast, too, because it's delicious and there's HAGGIS.

Absolutely spot on great helpful staff

It took three rooms before we could find one where the door locked and nobody else was in the room, was given a free drink voucher as they didn’t give us a twin room even though requested but it took until ten pm before we got a room that locked and was free, breakfast was an absolute shambles, the staff eating their breakfast whilst working, broken coffee machines, no clean cups or glasses and no replenishments, think the staff were having a little party of their own/ Young girl on reception very nice but overall would never go back

What a fabulous hotel. Could not fault anything, pet friendly, clean, great size room good food and most importantly, mega comfortable bed and pillows!

Staff were wonderful. So helpful and friendly. Quiet area and lovely views from our room.

Unhappy that i was charged for parking after paying fee to stay there. Will affect my choice of venue next time

Great location for an overnight stay if you’re going to a show at Glasgow Ovo Hydro . Hotel is modern and clean and staff are super friendly and helpful. Rooms fresh, modern and clean with superb views. A few niggles though , which I think may be due to some new and inexperienced staff I had contacted hotel when booking a few months ago to request twin room as I was travelling with elderly relative, but we were allocated a room with double bed, and despite promise this would be changed while we were out for the evening, it didn’t happen. Afternoon tea was booked 4 weeks ago but no table allocated , service was slow & disorganised as was breakfast the following morning. Despite this, I really enjoyed our overnight stay and will book this hotel again

Was down staying over for the football . Hadn’t staying in years. Forgot how good the Raddison Red was

The room was spacious and bright but the bathroom could have been cleaner. There was black mold in the corners of the shower and on the red tile grout. The coffee machine hadn't been cleaned properly and had a part missing, one of the lightbulbs in the bathroom was out. A nice room but attention to detail was lacking, at that price I would expect a better standard.

Great hotel, sited perfectly for SEC / Ovo etc. Hotel seems to be relatively brand new, there's ample parking around it. Check-in staff were friendly, a slight delay to check-in, but nothing of concern. Room was spacious, airy and clean - the only downside, our air-con kept cutting out so room would get incredibly hot - but not something that would put me off coming back. Breakfast had a good range of hot and cold options, along with made-to-order egg options. Would definitely stay here again.
