入住手续非常便捷。酒店有电梯，虽然有点小，看起来也有些老旧，但仍然可以使用，而且很安全。我们预订了一间家庭房，入住人数为4位成人和1位儿童。房间和床单都很干净，配备了洗漱用品、杯子、碗和热水壶（热水需要到酒店外准备）。虽然酒店位置离亚美尼亚街等旅游景点稍远，但仍然可以使用Grab打车。附近有7-11便利店和著名的纳迪坎达尔，步行5分钟即可到达。如果需要洗衣，酒店门前3分钟步行路程处就有自助洗衣店。总的来说，我很满意。

酒店价格实惠。 房间宽敞。 位置靠近公交车站、美食中心、市场和便利店……

Room options are various, from 2 people to 5 people rooms are available. Location is super good. Close to Pasar Pulau Tikus with lots of hawker food sellers.

It is haunted! Pas resepsionis masih biasa saja. Tapi jorok lobby nya. Lalu ke belakang masuk lift, mulai berasa aneh. Kok ada daftar kayak jadwal dokter gitu. Naik ke lantai 3, Got room 314. Pas cari room, makin aneh kayak lorong hospital. Di dalam kamar, layout kamar seperti bekas ruang rumah sakit. Paling parahnya pas nungguin suami, di belakang lift lantai 3, ada suara seperti food court dengan banyak suara perempuan. Puncaknya pas tidur, AC mati hidup sendiri. Mungkin bukan karena hantu lebih karena kompresor rusak. Tapi kami putuskan check out jam 1 malam itu juga dan cari hotel. The worst 3 hours on our family experience.

Kemana dekat kemana-mana. Mudah ke tempat-tempat makan, Dekat ke rumah sakit yang menjadi tujuan kunjungan ke Penang. Dekat ke Mall. Kamar dan kamar mandinya bersih. Layanan bagus.

Sangat puas menginap di sini, lokasi strategis, banyak yang jual makanan dan tempat nya nyaman.

A short stay on a visa run. Great location for Thai Embassy.

No security: don't have security guide at car park. Low security & maintenace: some of the window plane lock are sploit, curtain rail sploit, show tape leaking, power plug hanging/detached gr the wall etc. Others: dirty room, floor w fruit shell & dead inserts, no table cloths in bath room & small table in the room etc.

At first we dissapointed with the room. Not bcause the room I bad, but bcos the aircon is trouble. Not cool at all. I could not sleep until 2:30am and asked for room change. The guy nice enough to let me move to another room. And the bext morning, my wife and kids move to the new room. Everything is fine now. For the price, I think this hotel is excellent. Room is huge. It has a seperate dining room and tv. I hope they place a tv in the bedroom too! The room is very clean.. But I think we like this place. Main reason we stay here bcos near to Gleneagles hospital the place we want to go.. 7eleven shop is close too. And some restaurants infront of the hotel.

The staff was very bad, not helping and not polite.

The hotel lift is very bad. Like they don't really care abour it. We are staying right now in this hotel. The airconditioner is terrible!! Not enough cold at all. It blows only air. Makes the rooms temperature very uncomfortable to stay. I talk to receptionist for help (2:30am in the morning because I cant sleed with this kind temperature). He came into my rooms. Checked this and that.. And he asked me to report back at 6:00am. Wtf! So literally he asking me not to sleep and watch for the temperature changes?? What kind of hotel is this??? My god! I really don't recommend this hotel to anybody. This the worst hotel I ve ever stayed in my life.

Cheap and cozy if day trip just to sleep at penang - georgetown area

Nice room, helpfull staff but they don't clean you room although you ask for it. The lift door sometimes cant close

Air di kamar mandi semua bocor. Kotor dan banyak sarang laba-laba.
