工作人员态度极其恶劣。我提前一天通知他们我要续住，结果到了续住当天，他们却粗鲁地把我赶出了房间，这让我非常不愉快。

地理位置优越，靠近哥本哈根中央火车站。步行即可到达战争博物馆、黑钻石购物中心和所有精彩景点。 房间干净舒适，但对于携带大件行李的两人来说略显狭小

Staffs are very helpful. Room is clean.

Perhaps The Hotel can provide a small station in the lobby or somewhere in the Hotel, that the guest can take garbage plastic, cup, sugar/coffee tea/creamer by theirselves without ask to the Receptionist. Because the Hotel only do the room cleaning every 5days, so much easier for the guest that stay 2-4nites to take these things when needed.

This hotel is clean with huge lobby where you can get some discount cards in tourist attractions. The shower is awesome as the temperature is perfect especially during winter.
