I had to move my room twice because they had plumbing issues with their toilet in the first room and then plumbing issues with the shower drain in the second room. It was difficult when I first checked in but then it was fine. There was a fire alarm close to midnight and so we all had to exit building tower A and apparently this happens more often in building A.

It’s very clean and well put together, rooms are a little small, they only clean ur room on d 3rd day of stay. Staff were helpful

Easy access to everything and thank you to the male receptionist who helped me out with a charger and hairdryer on the Friday 28th!

Perhaps The Hotel can provide a small station in the lobby or somewhere in the Hotel, that the guest can take garbage plastic, cup, sugar/coffee tea/creamer by theirselves without ask to the Receptionist. Because the Hotel only do the room cleaning every 5days, so much easier for the guest that stay 2-4nites to take these things when needed.

This hotel is clean with huge lobby where you can get some discount cards in tourist attractions. The shower is awesome as the temperature is perfect especially during winter.
