Short walk to and from the Old Town and central railway station. Staff very helpful (especially Erik) with food recommendations. Bar had a happy hour! Breakfast was plentiful and included. Room was small but had every needed amenity. Only complaint was that we were too hot - our fault as we only realised we could open the windows in the morning! Given that Denmark were playing at home that day it was thoroughly enjoyable.

Room too small, but clean, the Amenities so good! This hotel have laundry room, it’s a surprise for me, I traveled about 20 days for many countries, no hotel have laundry room, at the hotel, room too smal abut the laundry room recovered everything. Just for me, because I need wash my clothes so badly! Over all food!

Good location. Compact rooms and good amenities. Beds were not comfortable and unfortunately we had a chain smoker on our floor so the hallways smelled heavily of cigarette smoke despite being non smoking

Free internet. Nice spaces to chill. I had a room between two doors that opened and closed all night. Not sure why I was given that room as it was not full. Staff was kind.

Room was cool. Bathroom was small but OK. the shower is in the room, so water goes a bit all over, but thats a typical Danish thing really. Staff was great! drinks and stuff downstairs was available 24/7 without being over prices. really great place to stay over all. will come back.

The receptionist Sam was terrible rud. Refused to help us with WiFi issues and called us stupidity!! It’s the worst hotel experience of my entire travels. We also asked for an extra pillow and they said no.
