The room wasn’t clean The bed had bed bugs The staff were rude

Clean efficient room. 20 walk from central station, might be a bit far with several suitcases.

Room and sheets were dirty. When I asked for the sheets to be change they weren't and had to wait for three days for them to be changed. The amenities were dirty as well, paper cups in the room one had been used and the wooden stirring stick was used as well. Clearly no cleaning happens at this hotel. Staff were pretty unhelpful and unfriendly. I asked if I could use a plastic fork they had behind the counter, of which they had a bag of hundreds and they refused, especially annoying considering the room has no utensils at all

The stay was what we wanted. A base so we could go out during the day and somewhere to sleep. It ticked all the boxes for us. Would of liked an extractor fan for when had shower but apart from that was ok.

Rooms are small but completely fit the bill for a city break. I couldn't fault any aspect of my experience in the hotel

Not going back

I understand that this is a budget hotel but the lighting in my room was poor (apart from the bathroom) and the room was uncomfortably hot (the thermostat didn’t seem to work). The fridge made intermittent noises that woke me in the night.

Great location. Clean and efficient

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel last week. The room was small for a twin room but as it was just me, it was just fine. There was plenty of storage space for two and the beds were comfortable. Outside the hotel was super quiet, however I was slightly unlucky because someone in my corridor decided to play music on via their phone speakerphone at 5am whilst walking down the corridor. The doors have to slam to close, which was also a disturbance trying to sleep in a bit in the morning. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. The bathroom, however could be improved: the shower/ shampoo is in sachets and there were 2 sachets for the whole of my stay. That would not have worked had i washed my hair. Also, there were some suspicious brown stains on the shower curtain in a location where it's not impossible that it would have fallen inside the toilet, had the lid been left open and the toilet itself unflushed. Other than that, no complaint, the hotel was easy to find from the main train station, super close to the local suburban train stop, near a coach station and a big Ikea and couple more shops. I mainly walked into town from there, which was quick and easy. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay there again as the "issues" were either not the hotel's fault or easy to fix. and the price was a bargain on this occasion.

No early check-in. Check-in a farce. Crowds of people and only 2 people at the desk… self-check in option doesn’t suit everyone. You have to pay a lot to rent a locker to store luggage. Standard room a dorm room experience and tight for 2 adults. A decidedly average experience for a not particularly budget price tag.

Rude staff you need to take numbers to be attended and don't even ask a random question because you'll get a rude response. Very small rooms

It is located at a very convenient location, walking distance to the main train station and attractions.

Captains room very big, the size of the pillows are cushions, and don't expect to get another we was declined. Breakfast expensive for what was on offer, not worth 125DK per person. Location was very close to the centre, Me personally wouldn't book her again.

Super friendly staff at check in, great lounge area adjacent to lobby to relax and have a drink while waiting for room to be ready

The room was just adequate mm

The hotel was at a prime location near Tivoli gardens. The room was small but for one person it was fine. It was loud the friday to saturday with people slamming doors all hours of the early morning 1-5am but it was the weekend the Tivoli gardens open for the Xmas season. I spoke to front desk about the issue they had said if the noise continues to let them know and would move me rooms. It wasn’t as bad for the rest of my stay. Happy that the room had a fridge, microwave, kettle and utensils where I can buy quick dinners/lunch etc. The room I got included breakfast which was helpful as well. It is near a shopping mall with 2 grocery stores, ikea and 711 are all within walking distance.

Room was different to that booked (was told it was an upgrade but the room was smaller, hotter and louder than the one I booked), fridge was so loud I couldn’t sleep, heating couldn’t

Great location! Only 10-12 minutes walk to the train station. I was worried about the size of the room from reviews but I think the space is used well and didn’t feel too small. Breakfast wasn’t the best, probably wouldn’t eat there again. Good value for money and pleasant staff.
