Busy, had to wait for check in, all self driven- checking on computer in lobby, little live staffing

Good size room and well equipped. Front desk ticket service can be a bit of a long wait. The area is ok found the walk to the station a bit dirty. But hotel is close to the centre. Food hall handy. Hotel staff are helpful.

Check in tume is 3, as soon as yiu get to the lobby, get a ticket right away. You cannot just approach the front desk without a ticket. We got there at 250pm and was finally checked in at 430. They have a self check in which is idiotic because the computer they disnt tell me what room number. I still had to go to the front desk with a number. You need a number to go to the cafe too. The bed is super uncomfortable. The foam on top is sliding off the bed that looks like an ikea bed. I had to push me and my sons bed together to prevent the foams from sliding off. Its a hostel not a hotel. The bathroom is the size of airplane lavatory. You can shower while pooping. The only good thing about this hostel is 10 mins walk to the mall and 5 minutes to ikea. 2 minutes to flixbus station and 20 minutes to the train station but 40 mins to Nyhvn. The room is really small even if your tired its hard to fall asleep because the beds are uncomfortable. When its time to go home from exploring the city, i dread the sight of our door.

Just the facts: Rooms are ridiculously small, although when booked online the photos showed it quite spacious, dont be fooled. I wasn't expecting 5 star accommodation but for the price it was an unfortunate let down. I think a Jail cell is bigger. So many inconveniences to mention. I rated a 1 star and that was generous.

Check-in was chaotic at the time we arrived. Rooms are clean and the hotel is in a good location for the train station and Tivoli Gardens.

I liked the location of the property being an easy walk to the meat packing district, Fisketovet, the Copenhagen Railway station, and Tivoli. Also liked the cleanliness of the hotel room and the nice variety of plentiful breakfast options.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom was very small and everywhere got soaking wet when taking a shower. Sometimes it was a long wait when visiting the reception area

Great location and reasonably priced but I found the staff rude, and the bathroom size was very small and compact in room

Accommodation was adequate for the price, but due to room being very snail, the lack of view from my room, made it a bit claustrophobic (overlooked other wings of the hotel, so had to keep the curtains closed. Carpets in the corridors were really filthy. Staff were very friendly and helpful, though. Close to town centre was a bonus and easy rail link around the corner was very convenient

Near the train tracks so noisy. It wouldn't be a problem if there was some sort of fan in the room so air could circulate. As it was, I had to decide between opening the window for air and dealing with ther noise or blocking the noise but put up with a hot and stuffy room.

Check in was chaos so bit stressful but the one member of staff servicing the giant crowd of people was lovely Room was fine but the blind was broken and lying on the floor so very bright sun or lights made it hard to sleep Goood location and cheap

Wasn’t exactly what I was expecting for the price charged.

We were upgraded to a bigger room which had an upper bunk as well as a double bed, even so room was very small. Bathroom was tiny and the shortest shower flooded the bathroom and water spilled into the bedroom. The room was clean and adequate for our purposes. It was in a good location, close to the train station. It was reasonably economical by Copenhagen standards, but I was relieved about the upgrade, we stayed for 5 nights so a smaller room would have been awful.

Common rooms and spaces are nice, but rooms rather poor/basic.

Bedbugs. Malfunctioning laundry machines. Inaccessible maintenance. Horrible experience.

Ee didn't eat in the hotel so no comment about it. Internet access was good.

Small room which was absolutely fine. Check in was an absolute nightmare unless you used the self service which I did and was very quick. On my bed sheet was 2 small brown stains in the top left corner. Everything else was relatively clean. Breakfast was good and had a variety of drinks with a smaller options of food. Thin walls so lots can be heard at night especially if your near the elevators or stairs .

Great price but kind of a strange property and location. People tend to use the bottom floor as a meeting space, so it was always incredibly crowded. My room was comically small but clean and comfortable, great for solo budget travel.
