Parking is paid and costs about 90 USD for 2 nights. Payment must be made through an app like epark. I remember the bike rental fee being 27 USD per day. The bikes are difficult for beginners to ride. The staff’s attitude was unpleasant when I requested a refund for the bike rental. Check-in is very slow. Like at a bank, you have to take a number and wait more than 15 minutes, and you also have to take another number and wait again just to make inquiries. The key oaks check-in couldn’t find my reservation information and kept asking for a lot of information like my address, but ultimately the check-in failed. The bathroom in the room is extremely small and can barely accommodate one person. There are only 3 disposable body wash packets, and once you use them all, you have to pay to buy more. When you open the windows, it’s very noisy, and when you close them, it’s hot. Overall, this is a place I do not recommend.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

havaalanından merkez tren istasyonuna (tivoli bahçelerinin orası) geldiğinizde 16 dakika mesafede. lokasyonu güzel. otelin içindeki kiosktan online checkin yaptım 3 dakikamı aldı. günlük dolap kiraladım çok pratikti. tek kişi için oda çok ferahtı, sırt çantam olduğu içn kolay oldu, küçük valizlerle rahat sığılır. tek sorun ses yalıtımı, sabaha kadar çok uyandım çünkü kattaki her oda kapısı kapanmasında benim odamın kapısı da sarsıldı. kapım açılmış sesi çıktığı için uyandım. genel olarak güzel bir otel

Lack of staff, encouraged to use self-serve check-in, didn’t work as my post code wasn’t recognised. Fault with elevators, corridors dirty, I cleaned my own room as it was grubby. Staff seemed stressed to the point I gave up trying to get a coke and a packet of crisps. Budget hotel or not pretty disappointing.

Rooms and bathroom too small

Værelserne er fine og lever op til det anviste. Ærgerligt, at processen med ind- og udtjekning er så unødvendigt bøvlet. Omkring indtjekningstid står man i foyeren med 150 andre og spilder en masse tid, fordi alle tjekker ind på én gang. Vi brugte en time på tjek in, fordi tjek in-skærmene ikke kunne finde vores booking, og vi så efterfølgende stod i lang kø. Personalet var venlige og meget undskyldende over kaoset, og man går derfra med en ærgelse over, at de skal stå i den situation hver eneste dag. Lad være med at booke hos Cabinn, hvis du skal nå noget umiddelbart lige efter tjek in.

Not very good service from staff, treat you like you're a burden. No smiles, no hellos, no welcoming. Except for one receptionist with blond hair and glasses, Martin, he was helpful and friendly. The other staff should learn service from him. I've got to say that the service was probably the worst I've every experienced. The bathrooms in the 2nd floor looked worse then the public urinals you'd find in the city center at 4AM on a Saturday. Mold, dirty, piss-marks up the wall. Really gross. The rooms where in bad standard. Mold on the bathroom too. The sink didn't work properly, the sink was also blocked, water didn't drain properly, and the cleaning seemed half-done. A lot of noise from the train station, and the noise from the hallways was also loud. The breakfast was OK. Though the pastries seemed a bit unfresh. For this price I'd expect a lot more, and the staff should really learn about service and friendliness. Stay away from this place, there's a lot of better hotels matching this price if you're in Copenhagen.

Bon sejour dans sa globalité. Cependant la chambre triple était assez petite et il fallait faire attention de ne pas tomber avec l'échelle (pour le lit en hauteur). Si vous arrivez vers 15h pour le check-in, il peut y avoir de l'attente à la réception (séjour début août).

Hostel feeling with private bath. Not really big rooms. Close to train station but not for cit center. For my 4 days it was ok. Ikea and Lidl is about 300m far.

Great hotel, rooms basic but had everything we needed for a few days visit to Copenhagen. Cosy bed, great choice at breakfast. Easy walking distance for local sites . Easy car parking on site but expensive

Busy, had to wait for check in, all self driven- checking on computer in lobby, little live staffing

Alt godt, nemt og struktureret

Good size room and well equipped. Front desk ticket service can be a bit of a long wait. The area is ok found the walk to the station a bit dirty. But hotel is close to the centre. Food hall handy. Hotel staff are helpful.

Vi var tre personer: To eldre og en voksen. En av de eldre var avhengig av rullator. Innsjekking gikk litt tregt (med kølappsystem), og det hadde nok vært lurt med en ekstra i skranken i «rushtiden». Vi fikk god informasjon, og det var greit å finne rommet. Rommene var små (som forventet), og de var komfortable og nøye rengjort. Vi synes sengene var komfortable. Vi hadde rom på siden mot jernbanen, og det ble en del støy av det, men ikke nok til å forstyrre nattesøvnen. Frokosten var utmerket, med et godt utvalg av brød og pålegg. Det ble litt vanskelig å bruke heisen opp til frokostrommet, siden heis-og romkortet vårt ikke virket (frokostrommet lå i en annen seksjon av hotellet enn den vi bodde i). Utsjekking gikk raskere enn innsjekking, og det var hyggelige folk i skranken. Alt i alt hadde vi et bra opphold, og jeg vil vurdere hotellet som et bra alternativ til overnatting i København.

Check in tume is 3, as soon as yiu get to the lobby, get a ticket right away. You cannot just approach the front desk without a ticket. We got there at 250pm and was finally checked in at 430. They have a self check in which is idiotic because the computer they disnt tell me what room number. I still had to go to the front desk with a number. You need a number to go to the cafe too. The bed is super uncomfortable. The foam on top is sliding off the bed that looks like an ikea bed. I had to push me and my sons bed together to prevent the foams from sliding off. Its a hostel not a hotel. The bathroom is the size of airplane lavatory. You can shower while pooping. The only good thing about this hostel is 10 mins walk to the mall and 5 minutes to ikea. 2 minutes to flixbus station and 20 minutes to the train station but 40 mins to Nyhvn. The room is really small even if your tired its hard to fall asleep because the beds are uncomfortable. When its time to go home from exploring the city, i dread the sight of our door.

Everything that you need but quiet small room.

Just the facts: Rooms are ridiculously small, although when booked online the photos showed it quite spacious, dont be fooled. I wasn't expecting 5 star accommodation but for the price it was an unfortunate let down. I think a Jail cell is bigger. So many inconveniences to mention. I rated a 1 star and that was generous.
