Outstanding Stay at Dusit Thani. Rating: ⭐. My recent stay at Dusit Thani was outstanding. From the warm welcome to the impeccable room and exceptional dining, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel's facilities are top-notch, but it's the staff's dedication to guest satisfaction that truly stands out. I highly recommend Dusit Thani for a luxurious and memorable experience.

We had a great time at Dusit. Everyone is very polite and attentive to our needs. The breakfast buffet has a lot of variety.

Defo coming back. I would like to say that apart from the range between Hotel and Airport, nothing to be blamed.

Definitely the best place to unwind. So peaceful and quiet. The staffs are very accomodating and helpful as well.

Pros: The staff were all friendly. Room was clean and comfortable with a really nice view of the pool/sea. We had a relaxing stay. Cons: Food/Drinks was not worth the price. For example, their sinigang na hipon-which the menu says serving is for 3-4 person, only had 4 pieces of shrimp, you do the math 😅 Breakfast buffet was good though, even if they only did it one-time during our stay, after the first, they just served a la carte breakfast because there ' s not a lot of guests. Overall, we got to enjoy our stay (mostly in our cozy room).

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check out late at like 1 PM since we arrived late in the afternoon due to heavy rains. Their service was impeccable. The whole resort is extremely beautiful! I highly recommend this hotel!

Great fod! Great ambiance! So relaxing. Location is not accessible to public transportation. Definitely, you will be staying here and just relax the whole time. You will not be able to go outside the vicinity of dusit thani if you don't have your personal vehicle. Hotel staffs need to contact taxi drivers in order for you to be picked up from the hotel and taxi drivers would require an additional charge. But this will be disclosed to you by the hotel staffs prior booking. Also, Crews are accommodating! It's a + ♥️

Thank you for accommodating us. The place is fantastic and very clean. The staffs are friendly. Pool are very tempting with overlooking at the beach. Their beach is not wide and I think needs improvement. Overall it was an awesome experience.

We waited one hour just to get our breakfast 😔 if we don't complain wheres our order they will not follow up also even in room dining a bit slow they gave us time to wait but waited long also 😔 also for the service car they said they prepared but waited long cause they said we will wait longer for a taxi paid more for the service car cause we thought we can go home early 😔 the place is good but service is too slow. Ps: I'm pregnant so my only priority is the food and our stay cause its our honeymoon with my husband 😔.
