Loved our stay at Dusit. Their infinity pool + beach options were definitely the highlight. There’s also enough dining options. I just wish their management would train ALL Dusit Thani staff to treat all guests with equal respect and care for all regardless of the nationality. We are a Filipino family, migrated to the US, and on vacation after almost 9 years of being away. The first night we checked in my husband went to the spa for a massage. The girl looked at him from head to toe and asked “gikan paka sa gawas sir”, “nag check in ka diri sir”. Murag di siya katuo nga naka afford mig check in. Haha! It was quite funny but definitely insulting. Another incident too the following day. Please Dusit, let’s refrain from this toxic culture of Filipinos degrading kapwa pinoy. We were from a different hotel in Cebu and grabe macompare jud nako ang contrast sa service. You have beautiful resort but the problem is from your own staff. Murag wa sila maanad naay mga Filipinos, ingon ana ilang serbisyo. We just let it go, I’ll mention it instead in my review. We’re still satisfied with our booking and experience. Hopefully your management will definitely read this. Please don’t forget Dusit, you’re still in Cebu soil, Lapu-lapu mismo. So please treat everybody fairly. All smiles jud and be compassionate and helpful.

1. 入住前無法聯繫到飯店，電話無法打通，也沒回訊息
2. 入住後雖然有說將我們升等到較好的房間，但是房間的水流出來既然是黃的，晚上我們很疲憊的情況下又進來查看修理了40分鐘左右，隔天早上又發生一樣的狀況，到櫃檯詢問後才將我們換房間
3. 旅館內的消費極其昂貴，五星的飯店消費貴可以理解，但是給的食物也要有點價值，酒吧裡的炸魷魚一份要750P，份量大概是鹹酥雞攤一份小份的炸魷魚這樣而已，沒什麼特殊的料理方式，用的還是冷凍的
4. 退房當日竟然在早上10點就來按門鈴說要看迷你吧的使用情況，真是聞所未聞，如果客人還在休息呢？不就打擾到了？
一個五星的飯店可以這樣，真是浪費了員工的熱情以及服務！！

1. Overall view is good, ocean view, relax, the pools.
However,
a. We check-in a room for few hours, we go out to the pool, when came back, the room is full of formaldehyde smells like some one just finished the painting or decoration, this is crazy...and totally not acceptable!!!!
Try to call the front desk, no answer 2 times! I came to the front desk, their reaction is slow and no big deal, I was very very angry!!! after 5 min they gave me a new room, but my mood is alrady hurt and bad, image is bad neither!!!
b. the private sand is closed 5 pm, too early for kid for playing around.
c. kids play ground is charged ph 300 hour, shall be included!

Very nice hotel. Knowing it’s my girl friends birthday. They sent us birthday cake and birthday song. The infinity pool is very beautiful. But the location is far from city. If you want go to city you should ask the front to call a taxi with 100peso fee for driver.

our flights were cancelled do to mechanical issues. Then we had 22 inches of snow so we were not able to fly out till 3 days after scheduled flights. the hotel never refunded us, nor did they give us credit for future stays. we have stayed with them in other locations before, but will never give them business ever again and will make sure are friends and family do as well.

Only stayed 24hrs but within those 24hrs service was excellent . Starting with the reception desk checking in especially Angel but they were all Angels even the ladies stood in traditional dress. Grounds looked awesome both day & night

周りには何も無く、ホテルに飲料を気軽に買える店はない。シャトルバスが近くのスーパーまで送迎してくれるが本数は少ない。 Netflix等ケーブルはTVで見れない。
部屋は快適、シャワーの圧、空調も問題なしです。ホテルの敷地が広いので、ジムや海辺の散歩、ブールも快適でした。朝のヴッフェも野菜が多く、美味しいです。タイ料理は、普通でした。 スタッフさんは親切です。 全体的に、良かったです。

Nice resort overall. Starting to feel its age a little. Very popular with Korean guests. Great staff. Check in was loooong and tedious and not well organized - I expected more politeness and organization from Dusit Thani; this would be much better handled at the original Dusit Thani in Bangkok. Would I stay here again? Yes for sure: a refuge from the chaos and squalor of Cebu.
