服務很貼心 我們全家度過5天4夜的假期 洗澡水壓水溫較不穩定 其餘的都在水準之上

1. 入住前無法聯繫到飯店，電話無法打通，也沒回訊息 2. 入住後雖然有說將我們升等到較好的房間，但是房間的水流出來既然是黃的，晚上我們很疲憊的情況下又進來查看修理了40分鐘左右，隔天早上又發生一樣的狀況，到櫃檯詢問後才將我們換房間 3. 旅館內的消費極其昂貴，五星的飯店消費貴可以理解，但是給的食物也要有點價值，酒吧裡的炸魷魚一份要750P，份量大概是鹹酥雞攤一份小份的炸魷魚這樣而已，沒什麼特殊的料理方式，用的還是冷凍的 4. 退房當日竟然在早上10點就來按門鈴說要看迷你吧的使用情況，真是聞所未聞，如果客人還在休息呢？不就打擾到了？ 一個五星的飯店可以這樣，真是浪費了員工的熱情以及服務！！

訂購時選擇面海房，入住後發現面海房還分不同棟，景色不同。 建議儘量入住時要求第3或2棟，視野更好。

飯店一切都好，這是個美好的假期！

The pool is beautiful. The hotel is not crowded, very relaxing. Only the food needs to be improved.

1. Overall view is good, ocean view, relax, the pools. However, a. We check-in a room for few hours, we go out to the pool, when came back, the room is full of formaldehyde smells like some one just finished the painting or decoration, this is crazy...and totally not acceptable!!!! Try to call the front desk, no answer 2 times! I came to the front desk, their reaction is slow and no big deal, I was very very angry!!! after 5 min they gave me a new room, but my mood is alrady hurt and bad, image is bad neither!!! b. the private sand is closed 5 pm, too early for kid for playing around. c. kids play ground is charged ph 300 hour, shall be included!

Very nice hotel. Knowing it’s my girl friends birthday. They sent us birthday cake and birthday song. The infinity pool is very beautiful. But the location is far from city. If you want go to city you should ask the front to call a taxi with 100peso fee for driver.

整潔，食物，價錢都好，不過沙灘就一般，如果想落沙灘玩，一定帶備可落水既鞋就最好，希望可以再整理吓個沙灘，水都係清澈的，相連房較嘈

The student training in VIP on M floor . Her name Jayyjay made my stay worth it. She was attentive to my needs. The whole while maintaining company policy in a professional maner. The concierge staff was equipt with the knowledge to take on any problem that you had. Well trained friendly . The students in all areas were well on their way to a very successful career. The lady's in the message dept worked me over I'm so thankful. They're is not enough words to describe the wonderful trip I'm having due to the Awesome start at The Dusit Thani Resort in Cebu Mactan Lapu Lapu . I will be back many more times,as I have already booked my next stay. Bravo and Thank you to the staff at this wonderful establishment. Mr. John Mojeske

Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. They went out of their way to make us comfortable. Lovely pool and amazing breakfast spread.

Beautiful hotel nice pool overlooking. Expedia says 16 mins away from the airport but actually 30 mins going to airport without traffic. Staff are super friendly very helpful. Buffet breakfast 10 out of 10 many choices of foods its worth the price.

客室、ホテル内の清掃は行き届いていて快適でした。スタッフは皆さん笑顔で対応も優しく素晴らしいです。 一つ残念なのはクラブラウンジの規模が縮小されていたのか少し使い勝手が悪かったです。 お料理は美味しかったので良かったですが。 トータルで満足度は高いです。

The room was very nice and very clean. They upgraded our room to a seaview for free. Its the best!

部屋は綺麗でエアコンがきいていたのはよかった。 グラブアクセス付きの部屋でしたがセーフティボックスとベッドサイドのコンセントタップが不調で1時間近く修理に時間を要しました。 早朝に着いてチェックイン前にプールを利用させてもらえたので人的なサービスには満足しています。 ただ、ロビーが屋根付きではあるものの扇風機やクーラーが効いてるわけではないのでとても暑い。 せっかくお金を払ってラウンジアクセス付きにしたけど、２階の室内のラウンジが閉鎖されていて、1階のバーのところでアフタヌーンティーやカクテルタイムのサービスを受けましたがロビーと地続きの場所でこれも暑いです。 あとはアメニティも少し寂しい感じです。スリッパは最初からセットしておいて欲しかった。

Originally we had booked to stay here for 5 nights. Before even spending one night we decided to cancel the remaining 4 nights and move elsewhere. There is a few options for dining on the property but you have to go in to each option find a staff member standing around and ask them for a menu to see what they serve as there is nobody to greet you or answer any questions you may have. The first place we went to check the menu I was greeted by a cat ON THE TABLE cleaning off the previous guests plates. We decided to have dinner at the sports bar which was low quality food and service and also had a cat roaming the establishment. We also had the breakfast buffet as well in the morning before checking out which turned out to be a big mistake as after that I was not well for a few days. The room was very small and there was a constant odor of sewer gas coming from somewhere. The pool is nice. The beach area is extremely sub par and full of garbage along the shore line and also in the water. The beach isn’t really sand but more of a cat litter texture which of course gets used by the local cats to relieve themself as I witnessed. Along the shore right next to the hotel is some old burnt up ship that blew in there years ago and is a major eye sore and has been photoshopped out of any of the resort advertising materials. The views are very sub par. Location wise there is nothing else around the resort for dining and its kind of a pain in the butt to get anywhere else by taxi.

アメニティグッズの不備を除いては概ね良かった。

ほぼ満点に近い。不満を挙げるとすれば、3泊中2泊の夜で同じレストランがクローズになってたこと。リゾート周辺の環境はあまり良くなかったこと(問題は無いけど気軽に徒歩で行けるコンビニ等は無い)が強いて言えば少し不満。
