We're loving our stay so far! All hotel staff are courteous. The room is extremely clean and fresh smelling. The pool, facilities and the view are totally incomparable. We love watching the bay from our room. Food at the view is a bit bland, but you can use some condiments to make it match your taste. We also enjoyed our breakfast at Trade Winds Cafe. We stayed at Dusit Thani Resort from July 14 to 16, occupying rooms 1502, 1503, and 1504 as a group—and overall, the experience was truly wonderful.
From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with heartfelt smiles and that signature Filipino hospitality that immediately made us feel relaxed and cared for. The staff consistently went above and beyond, with genuine warmth and attention to detail that stood out throughout our stay.
A very special mention goes to Hiroshi, who took care of us at the buffet. He was incredibly kind, accommodating, and attentive—always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and making us feel truly welcome. His friendly presence elevated every meal and left a lasting impression on all of us.
The resort itself is gorgeous, with lush tropical landscaping, serene walkways, and access to a beautiful beach. Our rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed, perfect for unwinding after a full day.
That said, the only downside of our stay was the view from our rooms. Unfortunately, we faced a construction site and an untidy area, which did take away from the overall resort atmosphere. Given the beauty of the beachfront and the rest of the property, it would have been wonderful to enjoy a beach or garden view instead—especially for such a special getaway.
Despite that, the service, amenities, and the warmhearted staff—especially Hiroshi—made our stay a memorable one. We truly enjoyed our time at Dusit Thani and would love to return

We had a great stay!The buffet was delicious especially the Filipino foods. You get to choose from a variety of foods actually. Their staff in the buffet restaurant go out of their way to provide you with what you need. Special mention to Hiroshi who is really kind, friendly, helpful, hardworking and really entertaining to talk to. We tried eating at their Sunset Bar. It was a bit pricey but worth it though because it was really tasty. Their pool is huge which my son really enjoyed.

The only highlight is the infinity pool and the beach. Staff were very friendly but the service was very slow. Ask for crib and extra towels right after we arrived and it didn’t get delivered till night time. Bathroom didn’t have anti slip mat available. We had to request it. My baby slipped and hit his head on the floor. Took forever for the food to arrive. Not much variety or options for food. Breakfast is definitely not worth the price.

Great view from a balcony window but room cold when A/C was on . We ordered room service late evening & didn’t have to wait long . Although the lobby was busy service was prompt in checking in . We watched staff dance which Simon Cowell would love to seen. It’s a pity we only stayed 1night & it went so quick

Great view from a balcony window but room cold when A/C was on . We ordered room service late evening & didn’t have to wait long . Although the lobby was busy service was prompt in checking in . We watched staff dance which Simon Cowell would love to seen. It’s a pity we only stayed 1night & it went so quick
