We were misled by the good reviews until we actually stayed there for several days . It totally spoilt our holidays . The frontline staff are impolite , unprofessional & not helpful at all , which we would not expect in a 4 star hotel . The rooms are small , not user friendly with NO storage space at all ( not even a small drawer) . Only clothes rack is found in the room , no wardrobe ( not expected in a 4* hotel ) The worst thing is the bathroom ! The floor is really slippery , no safety handle installed , no anti-slip bath mat ! There is no privacy in the bathroom ( not as stated in their website .. private bathroom ! ) I literally have to step out the shower room naked to dress up in front of my roommate ! ! It's alight if you're couples ! The house keeping is not up to standard , the dustbins were left dismantled after room cleaning . The electric kettle is leaky , which is very dangerous . There is only 1 chair for 2 people to use , unacceptable in a 4 * hotel . We were only given 2 bottles of water on the 1st day , and was told that water was only provided for 1 day, unlike what they stated in their website ! ! Another amazing issue is tissue ... each room was provided with 4 pieces ( a small pack containing 4 pieces ) of face tissue for 2 people per day ! ! This was my 1st encounter in a 4* hotel ! I would never rate this hotel as 4* , 3 star is their max It's so disappointing to find such standard in this new hotel under chain management ! !

The property is in a wonderful l location. The staff was wonderful and helpful. Very nice buffet breakfast every morning nice quality. Great rooftop swimming pool and bar!! Perfect after a day of sightseeing!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel is on a busy street the room was very quiet. The hotel is in a great location making it very easy to walk to the tourist attractions and beach. The one down side was that there was a funny smell in the hallway but thankfully we never smelt it in the room. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Great location.

Overall good, but room lacked closet space and pool was too shallow for swimming. I thought that the rooms did not need to be so lacking in storage space.

Hotel was in a great location to bus right across the street for multiple lines and 2 train lines within the block. 15 minute walk from Sagrada Família, 25 minute walk to Gothic quarter and El Born. There were great little places to eat and get coffee/pastries, lunch and dinner. Rooftop was good to hang out with family and enjoy the pool. When we arrived, there was a market on Saturday and Sunday. I would definitely stay here again, the area was great overall. More quiet area than other spots we visited throughout the city.

Other than the convenient location, there isn’t much positive I can say about this hotel. The price felt quite high for the quality of the experience. The room layout was odd, and the bathroom appeared poorly maintained, with mold around the shower seals and strange black particles coming through when the water was running. The staff were also not particularly warm or welcoming. Overall, the stay did not meet our expectations, especially given the cost.

Fantastic location, close to metro station and trams/bus, attentive and very friendly staff. Entire weeks stay was perfect, breakfast awesome!

Loved the rooftop bar! Very relaxing with great views. Also the breakfast buffet was plentiful and fully stocked at all times.
