very expensive very ole hotel room good for solo traveler good breakfast!!

The hotel was wonderful the staff was amazing especially the security guards everything was perfect the only thing they need to do is upgrade the TV to Smart TVs so that way you can be able to watch different things but otherwise that everything was amazing everyone was well respectful and you was able to get to a whole bunch of stuff from the hotel

The room and furniture were mostly outdated. The bathroom was very old and stained. Half of the bed was completely broken. The sliding glass door wouldn’t open very well or lock. The closet door wouldn’t budge. The staff at the front desk could’ve been friendlier.

The room was clean

I had a very nice room, and the hotel is centrally located right in town. Staff was great, and I did not experience any issues. Would definitely stay at Windward again.

Clean but air conditioner couldn’t keep up. Bathroom fixture were old and barely working.

Cheap hotel - you get what you pay for.

The room was spacious. The view was exceptional. Quiet courtyard perfect for a quiet morning coffee.

Old hotel. Shower head was rusted never used it made me nervous

Staff were very helpful, room was clean and good value. Restaurant (breakfast) was a bit expensive and the room is not very attractive. Walking distance from Road Town ferry terminal a big plus.

The room was acceptable. There was no lock on the sliding door which faced the back. I had paid to stay with a receipt for 5 days. On the 4th day Hyacinth called my room to say that I did not have it reserved. She was going to charge me an additional $269 I left. .

The room was nice and the staff was very professional and helpful. Leah, Nisha, supervisor Khalil, Hyacinth etc. They all displayed very excellent customer service.
