The room was really clean. The water stopped working on our last day which was the only issue we experienced.

The hotel is old and definitely needs some work. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Liked that a security guard was always on site. Easy to walk for shopping and dining.

Very nice place to stay. Large and lovely inside courtyard that adds to a unique and wonderful experience. Rooms are clean and everyone’s service was a pleasure. Surpassed my expectations. Bar was enjoyable and food smelled delicious.

Everything was good exvept the Ac unit dumped water in the floor all night. It was a mini split system.

Bathrooms and rooms dirty, I had to book another hotel, couldn’t stay in that place, it was disgusting.

They were not that clean but beautiful view.

Staff support was lacking. Called down many times for room cleaning and towels. Never showed up during my stay. Water was yellow out of faucet and shower. Poor water pressure in shower and toilet.

Customer service was great, but we are disappointed with the state of the hotel and room. It’s run down and the room needs to be deep cleaned and all the furniture upgraded. The chair at the desk is falling apart. We are only here one night, I checked for bedbugs but I really hope the beds are ok. The photos are deceiving. I gave the 4 stars for the lovely person who checked us in but otherwise it’s a 2 star review.

Rooms were old and outdated the water didn't get hot in the shower the water pressure was low. The location was great. The staff was extremely nice i wouldn't stay again.

The fixtures needs to be checked before someone checks in specifically toilet

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, however, there was only 1 waste bin in the room which was in the bathroom. I suggest a small waste bin be placed right next to the coffee maker. It was very annoying having to walk to the bathroom everytime I used the coffee maker to dispose of the trash. I am sure there are plans for updating and improving all the rooms which will help to improve the overall ambiance. Overall, quiet, convenient, and within walking distance to many places including shopping. Will I stay here again, yes.

Air didn't work properly, bug spotted several times, water didn't get hot enough in the shower. Definitely wasn't worth the money.
