Ac great! breakfast so good

Don't plan on getting access to your room right away! We arrived 3 hrs. early and asked to check our bags as the room was not yet ready. We returned at check in time and still had to wait an additional 1.5 hrs. for check in. The room itself was fine. The bar on site did not opened until 5:30 pm and the restaurant was less than desirable in atmosphere, quality of food and more. the best thing about this Hotel is that it is walking distance from the Charolotte Amilie Ferry. If you're taking an early ferry and don't mind walking to town it may work for you.

Room is clean, close to airport for convenience. Alittle outdated but clean!

We checked in at 6 p.m. and our room wasn’t ready. We had to wait about 25 min for a room. The air conditioning did not cool properly. We reported it to the front desk, they said that engineering would look at, but it was never fixed. We didn’t have a hair dryer in the room and were told that there was a shortage of hairdryers. They brought a travel size hairdryer that was at the end of its life and started smelling like it was burning as soon as I plugged it in. The location of the hotel is pretty good, but it is definitely outdated and probably understaffed.

Room are not worth of paying. No drinking water in room or you can’t get water bottle near by your room. Bathroom shower keeps licking. Staff so rude and not help full at all. I don’t recommend

The room was clean! A little outdated and needs some minor to moderate TLC. The staff was amazing and very helpful!! The only issue I had is the lack of food options available in the area near the hotel. The hotel has so much potential and needs an owner who cares about the property. When that happens, the hotel will easily become 5 stars. The restaurant on the property closed down a year ago and needs to be revamped.

Though traffic is noisy to the front of the hotel; it is far enough away from the building as to dampen the sound. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

A pair of my shorts fell from my balcony, and I immediately notified hotel staff, clearly explaining the exact location where the item had landed. I was initially told by staff that nothing had been found. However, after I insisted and reiterated the precise location, the same item was suddenly “found” and returned by the same staff who had previously denied seeing it. This situation is concerning, as it raises questions about the handling of guest property and the accuracy of staff communication. While I am relieved the item was ultimately returned, the circumstances surrounding the situation were unprofessional and unsettling.

There was much to be desired but that did not take away from the overall pleasant experience I’ve had while staying in the area. The hotel is located is situated in the capital which is a great and historic area with a nearby ferry, picturesque views, various activities and friendly, helpful locals. The staff is responsive, welcoming, kind and as helpful as can be.

I stayed here for 2 nights. The staff was amazing. The rooms were comfortable. I liked that the hotel offered self-parking. There were also a few food options close by including a small market. The hotel also has a restaurant on the premises. There is also a coffee stand less than 3 blocks away which opened at 6am. Overall I stayed here since it was centrally located.

Everything was ok

Convenient location, but tired, and a bit tatty.

No food service! Breakfast was cancelled all week and no concessions were offered

It could be clean

Bay view from the room was nice on some mornings seaplanes would land in the bay waking us up in the early morning. We asked one of the front desk workers if she could take a picture of us seeing that the lobby was empty with no else checking in and she seemed bothered by our request.

Did not live up to the pictures that you presented although the bed was clean in the bathroom was clean

Ocean view. Main road in front of hotel. There wasn’t a concierge to help plan activities.

The property felt dated and stale except the main lobby area. And the rooms were not updated. The pictures did not match the reality in my opinion.

Great location for exploring the waterfront area and close to airport. No beach access. Rooms are very clean but a tad run down. Hotel staff was very nice. No hairdryers available!
