The hotel was wonderful the staff was amazing especially the security guards everything was perfect the only thing they need to do is upgrade the TV to Smart TVs so that way you can be able to watch different things but otherwise that everything was amazing everyone was well respectful and you was able to get to a whole bunch of stuff from the hotel

The room and furniture were mostly outdated. The bathroom was very old and stained. Half of the bed was completely broken. The sliding glass door wouldn’t open very well or lock. The closet door wouldn’t budge. The staff at the front desk could’ve been friendlier.

The room was acceptable. There was no lock on the sliding door which faced the back. I had paid to stay with a receipt for 5 days. On the 4th day Hyacinth called my room to say that I did not have it reserved. She was going to charge me an additional $269 I left.
