Very nice place to stay. Large and lovely inside courtyard that adds to a unique and wonderful experience. Rooms are clean and everyone’s service was a pleasure. Surpassed my expectations. Bar was enjoyable and food smelled delicious.

Customer service was great, but we are disappointed with the state of the hotel and room. It’s run down and the room needs to be deep cleaned and all the furniture upgraded. The chair at the desk is falling apart. We are only here one night, I checked for bedbugs but I really hope the beds are ok. The photos are deceiving.
I gave the 4 stars for the lovely person who checked us in but otherwise it’s a 2 star review.

The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, however, there was only 1 waste bin in the room which was in the bathroom. I suggest a small waste bin be placed right next to the coffee maker. It was very annoying having to walk to the bathroom everytime I used the coffee maker to dispose of the trash. I am sure there are plans for updating and improving all the rooms which will help to improve the overall ambiance. Overall, quiet, convenient, and within walking distance to many places including shopping. Will I stay here again, yes.

We stayed at this hotel for one night before leaving on the ferry for sailing, the hotel is a bit run down and the rooms are dated but the staff was wonderful and helpful with anything we needed. Also we had breakfast the next morning there and it was really good. Its also walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants and the Smith Ferry is across the street which is nice and you dont need a taxi. Airport is also a few miles away so very close.

The front desk agent was pleasant. The room smelled clean looked clean. The bathroom sink faucet and counter top was not that clean. The beds was not comfortable at all. The a/c works real good though.
