This property is convenient to the airport. The beach is beautiful! Staff are friendly. The property was dirty. The bathroom fan in our room did not work. This should have been checked and fixed before we arrived. All kinds of "stuff" below our balcony that had been there for a while. A rats nest of cables and power cords under the bed. The pool wasn't cleaned daily. Only one wait person to serve several tables of guest. Windows around reservation desk office were dirty. Night lights for walking ramps did not work or weren't in existence! Room service only left one wash cloth and hand towel for two people. Safe in closet did not work on arrival. It did get fixed. The AC unit on balcony was same level as chairs and constantly blew warm air so you couldn't comfortably sit on balcony! Expedia should be held accountable for offering this property on their site. I may not use Expedia again after this experience.

Very beautiful view from every balcony...super convenient..5 min walk from the airport. No need for a taxi. The beach is not busy at all unless its a cruise ship day then it gets very busy... but there were 2 or 3 days were it was just my girlfriend and i swimming in the ocean...we love it there and this was are 2nd time at the emerald

The hotel is really close to the airport, the view is nice but that's all, the food at the hotel is really expensive and the service is really slow. The room is not that good only the view.

Expensive for what it was. Rooms are a little dated but nice. View from balcony was nice. Nice servers in restaurant but slow slow. Great service at the bar. We loved Paul the server in restaurant he was so nice. Pool needs work tiles falling off. Beach and ocean were the highlight.

General maintenance on the entire building is lacking. The staff—excellent second to none. I spoke to many and had good conversations with them. Great people!!

Great one night stay with the family…

The staff was really great. The property was right on the beach and the balconies looked out onto the ocean. The rooms was nice and clean.

This place is great and worth the money! Beds are very comfortable but you’re not there to sleep you’re there to enjoy the beach and amenities. Definitely recommend

Very good location

It was conveniently located right by the airport, yet tucked away and gave that private feel. Not crowded at all this time of year. This side of town seemed pretty safe to us as compared to other parts we visited while in St Thomas. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our entire stay. It is not a big chain luxurious resort but has that beach vibe that we were looking for. The grounds and the views are beautiful. My only complaint was the trees blocked some of the view from balcony, but it was a trade off to have some shade down at the beach area. I would definitely stay here again.
