My 3rd time returning to the resort! Overall it is worth it! Staff is friendly but service is slow, rooms are clean, but they forgot to clean our room a few days and we had to ask. I will absolutely come back, just wanted to share my experience.

iguana un room was a surprise. no power but everyone was very nice and professional. loved the office staff and waiters Lincoln and George. Generator worked well and dinner was great.

Loved my stay

First room was noisy with a party outside. Second room was adequate but old and not well maintained. Rusty toilet paper holder. Food was terrible hockey puck veggie burger. Greasy greasy greasy bacon and egg sandwich. Rubbery bagel. Bottled water tasted like mold. Restaurant patrons were loud. Lobby was dark and dingy. Front desk staff was friendly. Restaurant staff was not. If you don’t want to eat. This is a good hotel if you want to get drunk and party on the beach.

The staff was great, check in that day was very busy but the staff remained friendly and professional. The room was a nice size and all face the beach, bed was comfortable, and overall the room was clean. It is an older hotel yet well maintained. The pool is salt not chlorine and I love that. It also goes to 7 feet deep. I do a lot of solo traveling and felt safe on the grounds. I would recommend this resort to anyone traveling to St. Thomas.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The amazing beachfront view made this vacation wonderful.

Bathroom door slammed…..very dated everything…..Hilton price; motel 6 feel….but staff very nice

Clean room, well equipped. Excellent WiFi everywhere on property. Great location 10 minute walk from the airport. Staff helpful both in hotel and restaurant/bar.

We stayed for one night prior to departing home. The resort is in need of significant improvements. Staff were not friendly. Not really family friendly as we had 2 kids. Lots of swearing, smoking, etc. We ate 2 meals in the restaurant that was understaffed and very slow. The exercise room was worthless. The treadmill was not stable and rattled. The other equipment was rusty. No towels or cleaning products. Expected way more for our money. The only positive was the beach was nice. The pool was very dirty.

My King Suit looked and smelled GREAT! I had the French Toast for breakfast and I am FAT AND HAPPY! The staff was amazing and very accommodating. I will be back!

Staff was amazing, food and drinks were great! The room had bugs, also the heat didn’t work and the shower water wasn’t hot enough. The resort is cashless but they have no ATM on site which makes it difficult to pay for taxis and the taxi prices were different every day

The room is clean and mostly well put together. The entire property is a bit dated and tired from years of heavy use. This is a place you go for a modest cost and phenomenal beach. Food is good, drinks are good and the service is excellent. Bargain for what you get.

Positives: Close to the airport, beautiful beach Negatives: Food was bad, drinks were worse, facilities were dirty, staff was not helpful until we decided to check out early. Paid a $70 fee to do so but it was well worth it to change the place we were staying
