Thank you, Lisa and staff! You made our Mother/Daughter trip a wonderful experience! The rooms are beautiful, although a microwave to accommodate the refrigerator would be a benefit. The pool and beach were amazing! Lisa really made the stay special. Excellent Customer Service, Lisa!

I loved the convenience of right on the beach. Very walkable. Just wish that there was a variety of cuisines at the resort. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this resort and would definitely stay here again.

We loved that Emerald Beach has a ocean front. Most lodging does not, you have to take a taxi to beach front. The staff was great :) our complaint most of the outlets didn't work and the shower went from cold to hot w/o touching anything. We'd stay again :) :) :)

Beach was very clean with water clear and beautiful.
Very quiet. We ate at the restaurant for breakfast. It was around 10:30am and took an hour for a party of two to get our food. The food itself was good.
I forgot my blow dryer in room and they kindly kept at the front desk for me to pick up.

I loved the beach at emerald, if it was between this and margaritaville I’d choose emerald again simply for the beach- no seaweed unlike the other stinky side of the island. Rooms were clean too and view from balcony is wonderful. The downside is there’s really nothing next to the resort so mostly taxi everywhere. When we went the cafe was not open the whole time even though they advertise it so that was disappointing. The food options are limited but it was good, just pricey which is expected for resort food. The drinks aren’t that great, prob better off keeping a bottle in your room and making your own for the beach. They also told us at the front desk taxis run all night but they do NOT, so beware about being out past 8pm on this island. Most days we were able to get fresh towels but on a Saturday morning they told me they didn’t have any clean because they didn’t do laundry which I found it weird you didn’t do laundry before the busiest day. Overall I would stay here again.
