Staff very friendly, location right on the beach is very convenient

The room was very clean but a little dated and our closet door fell off one day. The bar and restaurant were good but slow on getting waited on. On cruise ship days there were loads of extra people on the property which also caused slow service.

Overall, an enjoyable place to hang out hats, after traveling the islands. The beach was a nice place to enjoy if we wanted to stay out for the day as well.

The staff was great and the beach was amazing

Nice place to stay. Clean. Close to airport. Great beach. My only negative was that I felt bad for the gentleman server in the morning. He had no help and did everything himself. The hotel needs more staff.

The ocean is 10 feet from the tables of the restaurant, with beach in between. The beach itself was very nice, lots of activity, jet skis, the Taco Taxi, etc. The waves were solid and it was very pleasant to sit near and relax. The resort is in a nice location, the pool is close to the restaurant and beach as well, all conveniently located close together. The hotel rooms themselves were fine. All rooms have an ocean view and are reasonably new and in fairly good shape. Our mini-split AC unit had trouble keeping up with the afternoon/evening sun, so our room was quite warm at bed time, but cool again by morning. The hotel buildings are old, and in general most of the property has quite a bit of deferred maintenance. None if it wrecked the stay, but it was obvious that the resort was under staffed and is struggling to keep things in shape. As other reviews have shared, the restaurant was good, but the service is slow. If you're not in a hurry and are just relaxing, it's no big deal. Everyone was very nice, and the front desk ladies were incredibly helpful with the advice they shared on beating the lines at TSA and making our flight on time. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend the place for a few days stay. Much longer and you'd run out of things to do.

Great place. Beach bar needs work and honestly the food from the Restaurant wasn’t that great and very expensive!

Fantastic stay. We were very happy with our stay at Emeral Beach Resort.

Clean room. Best view u can ask for. Drinks at the beach bar are super close.

No clean wash cloth until we begged for them plane delayed a day no refund or acknowledge that we were late after paying over 1000

The beach and property was very clean. The staff was friendly. Service may have been slow at times but the food was great! We will definately be back!

It was not worth the rate. It looked like it operated at 50%

The room was very nice. Our first floor balcony was right on the beach. The staff was wonderful and the grounds are pretty. Location was really close to Charlotte Amalie. 5 minutes from airport. The planes were not a bother at all. Brewers beach is 5 minutes away and a great beach.

Resort was poorly staffed for the restraunts and bar. Beach Bar closing at 9pm seems to leave lots of possible revenue for the resort

Nice property my only complaint would be the beds are very old and uncomfortable

The hotel is an older property but was in good shape. The only two issues were the fact that there’s no elevator and the shower in our room was impossible to keep at a constant temperature, it was either extremely hot or extremely cold. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend.

The place itself was amazing and great beach and pool.. The staff was on point.. But there was a pair of dirty underwear in the safe which was reported to the staff..

Showers were terrible, didn’t change bedding, refrigerator was super loud, room air was very weak. Public beach and lots of cruise ships dropping off tons of people.

Have cash for taxi no atm on site, staff was very helpful and the beach was perfect!
